Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm & not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after cutting , easing and adjustmentas with old ll types of builders hardware complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm bia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Rein-forced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.
