REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF PLASTER, CHAJJA , PLINTH PROTECTION, BALCONY ROOF, RAIN WATER PIPES, REPAIR TO GRIT FINISH OF MAP QTRS AND OTHER MISC BR WORKS AT GE (AF) JAMMU UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Taking down cement plaster,existing wall tile/mosaic in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc and removal of old debris from stn premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on finished fair&even faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacture instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid in respective item of WPC) without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1.The plaster shall be executed as per ground requirement at any where and upto the any height and contractor shall have to provide formwork as per ground or upto any height including necesaary safety precaution should be carried out for site execution, No extra payment will be paid by department.

M&L for 5 mm rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surfaces finished.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as spd and directed by engr-in-charge. Make : Pidilite, Fosroc,Asian

Dismentling of RCC roofs ,shelves, facia beams ,chajjs and similar suspended work and removal of demolished debris from site/ stn premisses etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (12.50 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in shelves, facia beams ,chajjas and similar suspended work including necessary form work,scaffoholding upto 4th storey ht. of bldg also use anti rust agent chemical on existing reinforcement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- No extra payment will be paid to contractor by the department.

M&L for TMT bars 8 mm dia cut length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of chajjas, concrete floor , balconies, RCC roof slab, fascias by providing and applying rust proof primer on exposed reinforcement, 2 coat of 301 pidicrete URP ( Make Pidilite, fosroc, asian) with Fibre cloth in cement mortar then rendering in CM 1:4 to the thickness as reqd in upto three layers to achieve the reqd thickness as per manufactural instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge Including cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush or scruber to remove dirt and loose particals and repair concrete portion and priming of concrete surface by using above material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) and including removal of old debris from site / stn premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
