Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC Casing and Caping on walls/ceiling, for power point controlled by one number one way 15 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of vertical wall mounted Storage type electric water heater of capacity 25 ltrs with BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, maximum power consumption 2 KW, Drypowder Fero Glass coating Technology for inner container with Heavy Duty seamless Incoloy 800 Glass lined heating element, and 2 Nos PVC connecting pipe of whirl technology 15 mm bore 450mm long for hot and cold water supply complete with all accesories and all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (Make: Jaquar Model: MET-WHT-V025 / HAVELLS Model: Puro, or equivalent Model in USHA / BAJAJ ). Note; The contractor shall submit two years warranty on product, seven years warranty on inner container and four years warranty on heating element.

S&F MCB Double Pole 6 Amps, 215 Volts, C curve 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified & as directed. .

Cutting existing steel tubing 15mm dia for addition / insertion of new Tee / Elbows / Socket etc. (Each cut measured) by screwing existing pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Bib taps 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valves/ angular stop valve, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L cutting chases , pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc. and making good , cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, errection of aesthetically designed 3.00m with outer dia 76mm decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with grey poeder finish, window plasma cut and duly chamfered opening window of 300X110mm for terminal connections and monting accessories.
