Plumber for cleaning of over head tanks , sewage problems and water supply problems of campus. And other work as instructed by Engineer Incharge and Society Incharge ( skilled Plumber subjected to requirement)

Electricians for electric problem of Common area (needed items will be supplied by department from SOCIETY FUND) , operating D.G.Set , including filling diesel / petrol ( supplied by department from RWA Fund) , on/off electric pole light of open and common area.And other work as instructed by Engineer Incharge and Society Incharge ( skilled Electricians subjected to requirement )

Sweeper for BLOCK A for cleaning of all common area such that Lobby, Corridor, Stairs, Cleaning of all Toilet , Collecting of Garbages from each floor and carriage of garbages to near main entry gate of Ground floor and filling garbage in Drums, and any other cleaning work as Instructed by Engineer Incharge & Society Block Incharge of common area of BLOCK A (Numbers of Sweeper are subjected to requirement)

Bamboo seek broom with long stick as approved by Engineer Incharge / RWS Incharge.

Soft Grass Broom with plastic handle as approved by Engineer Incharge / RWS Incharge.

Long cotton thread Mop/ Pocha approved by Engineer Incharge / RWS Incharge

Garbage bags for dustbin approved by Engineer Incharge / RWS Incharge

Tractor trolly for filling of garbage from drums including loading/unloading, labour engaged and carriage of garabge for disposal , out of colony area including all lead , garbage area have to recognized by Contractor.

Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MoRTH made of two MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900mm x 1200 mm stiffend by angle iron 25mmx25mm x 3mm all around the plate & plates fixed on frame of 75mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post UPTO 3050 mm with angle holdfasts to be fixed in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 450mmx 450mm x 600 mm size below ground level as directed by Engineering incharge. All MS will be stove anmeled on both side lettering. Figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthethic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint .
