Providing and laying virified floor tiles 5.5mm (five point five milimeters) thick in flooring (600x600mm) (three hundred into three hundred milimeters) size} treads of steps laid on a bed of 20mm (twenty milimeters) thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per HP.PWD. Specification and as per direction of Engineer in Charg including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 300x300mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP.PWD specification , including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand)as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per HP.PWD. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Polishing on New wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete as per HP.PWD. Specification 1including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm. (two point five zero square meter ) and under and 10 to 15mm (ten to fifteen millimeter) thick with cement mortatr 1:4 (one cement is to four sand) including cutting the patches in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.
