Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete for Transformers/ LT panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.65 metre below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified. (Cost of protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth electrode will be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

Material and labour in replacement prestressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long, 102 x 152mm at top and 102 x 289mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 6mm thick asbestos cement fiber corrugated/semi corrugated sheets as in roof coverings fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS work as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc. including welding, bending, drilling holes for bolt of any size including provision of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, concrete surfaces finished fair and even to receive topping floor finish/ layer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete coloured inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note : The sample shall be got approved from the GE before buld procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water troughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforced if any used in subect item shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repairs 100mm bore galvanised pipe light grade for passing of cable fixed to poles/ walls/ laying under floor complete with and including fittings and clamps as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour boring hole under the road/ pavement/ hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting and including HDPE pipe of size 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for locating & pinpointing conductor and insulation faults of low and high resistance, intermittent or flashing nature in XLPE HT underground power cables of the rating 11 KV with the help of pre-locator with time domain laptop based reflectometer using pulse echo method, impulse current method & decay method and using Dc high voltage surge generator to produce surge to trace route and pinpointing fault with the help of dual channel digital sound system, magnetic & acoustic for location of fault with acoustic transducer (pickup) and the amplifier with headphones, after pinpointing of fault location necessary excavation and taking out of faulty cable for reapir/ replacement and insertion of striaight through joints, relaying of cable, refilling of soil and removal of surplus soils etc, at site of work complete all as specified and directed Make : Straight through joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing and testing cable jointing kit for XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 core 11 KV grade cable for outdoor type terminal joint cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 38.00 here in before but for 11 KV straight through joint 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing cable jointing kit for XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm 3½ core 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor type straight through cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 38.00 here-in-before but suitable for 150 to 300 sqmm 3½ core cable.

Supply & filling transformer insulation oil for topping up the level of oil having di-electric strength 45-60 KV (minimum) at a electrode gap of 2.5mm upto the required level of transformer and testing of di-electric strength of oil in transformer before and after filling complete all as specified and directed. (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed containers).

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil using transformer oil filtration-cum-dehydration plant to eliminate foreign particles and to improve di-electric strength upto 50 KV (min) in 2.5mm electrode gap and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit below 0.5 mg KOH/ cm complete all as specified and directed. (Record of di-electric strength of insulating oil achieved after dehydration shall be given in writing by the contractor to the deptt).

Taking down carefully transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVA from platform after disconnecting HT/ LT connections, transporting to workshop, de-canning of transformer oil and keeping the oil in safe custody for reuse after carrying out repair, opening the top cover, taking out burnt HT & LT coils in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, taking out complete core assembly and inserting same in transformer body after carrying out necessary repairs, pasting the rubberized cork sheet with quick fix adhesive and setting the HT/ LT coils after rewinding of burnt HT/LT coils using proper size of conductor, varnishing including replacement of insulating material, applying one coat of zinc chromate paint to inner side of the transformer body and one coat of synthetic enamel grey paint to the external surfaces after cleaning oil and greasy spots from the body of transformer, reassembling, filling of dehydrated/ new transformer oil of approved quality for topping up, transporting back the transformer to site, installation in position, making all connection of HT & LT side and tap changer including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Re-winding of HT/ LT coils, replacement of defective/ unserviceable Parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Dehydration of existing oil shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) The new transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour double paper covered (DPC) insulated superior quality copper conductor wire of suitable gauge, size and specification for rewinding of burnt/ overheated HT/ LT limb for transformer 11 KV/ 433 volts, 3 phase of capacity ranging from 315 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement switch air break gang operated switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles of rating 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating system from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulators on mild steel frame and operating rod made out of 25mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangements with 12 insulators of 11 KV with drop out fuses including two coats of aluminium paint on steel structure complete including submission of test certificate from manufacturer all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps/ cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement switch air break gang operated switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles of rating 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating system from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulators on mild steel frame and operating rod made out of 25mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangements with 12 insulators of 11 KV with drop out fuses including two coats of aluminium paint on steel structure complete including submission of test certificate from manufacturer all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps/ cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fitting 45 Watt, cold resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screw controlled with pollet CVCC type BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightning og 5 Kv minimum in circuit and 5 KVA out side the driver but inside the fixture with ip-66, class-1 protection for LED and controll gear compartments with high powerLED chips of ratings 2.5 TO 3.0 Watt (maximum) with colour temperature 5700 K (max) and secondary optics modular independent Lense provided with casing and caping to minimize glare and for better distribution of light suitable for voltage band 100 Volts to 300 Volts, power factor 0.95 (min) having efficiency 100 Lumens/Watt. Brand name should be embossed on fixture to ensure india brand only. Note:- (i) All LeD shall be made in India only. (ii) All LeD fittings shall have supporting LM-79 & LM-80 test certificate from Govt. approval NABl accredited lab showing the parameter duly signed by the Local office beaer of manufacturer.
