Earthwork and filling of Approach Road

Item No.1:-Earthwork in filling in all soils in plinth, canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same including light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profiling etc. with all lift, complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Construction of Pump house

Item No.1:-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Item no.7:-Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN CANAL

CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNBOARD

Item No. 1 : Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

MECHANICAL PART:-

Supply and Installation of Three Nos. of 20 HP New Pump Sets with Electric Wiring along with Supply, Fixing and Laying of Suction and Delivery Pipe Line, fabrication of Starter Stand and necessary Earthing. A) Supply Items:- Item No.1:-Centrifugal pump set with 156 LPS minimum discharge at 18 Mtrs Head, working efficiently at head range (15 – 21) Mtrs coupled with 20 HP induction motor. Pump, Motor, Starter should be of reputed brand and as per IS Specification.

B) Job Items:-

Item no.1:-Installation of Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 18.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of 20 HP complete set. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and installation of C.C. block foundation in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts complete with all works.

Item No.2:-Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I. Pipes with Accessories: Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe line for each pump set with 150mm dia. G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflex valve, sluice valve for delivery side of each pump set with 125mm dia. G.I. pipes with different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipe joining sets of required size comprises of 60mm thick black moulded rubber gasket, necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and fr4om delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.

Item No.3:-Supply, fitting and fixing of Overground High Density Polyethylene (HDPE ) water delivery pipes. (As per Analysis-1)

Item No.4:-Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey

CABLE: Supply and Erection of 3 × 70 Sqmm(P) + 1 × 50 Sqmm(M) 11 kV Grade Aero Bunched Cable with 3(three) Power core, Stranded compacted, Circular Aluminium Conductor screened with black extruded semi conducting compound natural colour XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC and one Bare messenger wire shall be stranded non-compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor. the cable should conform to IS:8130-1984, IS:398(Part-IV) 1994, IS:7098(Part-II) 2011 & IS:5831-1984 with up to date amendments. Item No.8:-Supplying and Erection of 11 kV HT Stay Set comprising of 19mm dia × 1.8 m Stay Rod, Anchor Plate, Bow, Thimble etc. including supply and erection of 7/10 SWG G I Stay Wire and 11kV Guy Insulator complete including digging of Earth Pit of size (0.9m × 0.9m) to a depth of 1.4 Metre, placing the Stay Rod with Plate, fixing thimble, bow etc. with Boulder packing (size 150mm to 200mm) and hard ramming to fill up half the pit and filling with hard soil packing upto the Ground Level as directed (Irrg.
