M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/Underground/semi underground/Over head tanks / Sedimentation / clear water sumps of following capacity through bacteriological treatment by using Calcium hyphoclhorite or equivalants cleaning agents. :- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system or by own arrangement. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation and removing the accumulated silt from bottom bed and side walls by brushing with Steel wire/nylon brush or scrubbing the walls of the tanks or removing other sticky or foreign materials from adhering surfaces and washing inside surfaces with suitable chemical. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with a pressure of 5 psi. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening and degermification by using Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, oxydizing agent .

NOTE:- (i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT TEST CERTIFICATE OF CHEMICALS USING FOR TANK CLEANING (ii) PAINTINGS OF INFORMATION BOARD - AFTER COMPLETION OF CLEANING OF EVERY TANK WITH TWO COATS SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT (1ST GRADE QUALITY) (A) INCLUDING WRITING LETTERS & FIGURES BOLDLY AND SOLIDLY (B) TANK CLEANED ON _____( DATE OF CLEANING) (C) HAVING VIGIBLE HEIGHT OF ALL LETTERS WITH OBLITERATING THE OLD ONE AND PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. (E) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID ENTERING SCALES AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (F) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. (G) ARRANGEMENET OF WATER REQUIRED DURING THE CLEANING WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR NOTE : SER NO 01 & 1.01 ARE APPLICABLEFOR SER ITEM NO 02 TO 13 WHICH ARE AS UNDER:-

Contractor shall also be responsible for cleaning the vegetation of surrounding area to distance of minimum 3 mtr for UG Sump/OHT and removing the waste material not exceeding 50 Mtr within the same quoted rates.

Dewatering & Cleaning of Main water Receiving tank / Sump of capacity 25000 gln by bailing out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, de-scaling vegetation on the inside of fire tank/open well and white washing (Two Coat) and one coat of cement base paint etc including Cleaning the surroundings area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable water level indicator and M&L for mechanical water level indicator making functinal by replacing the sheet board, steel wire rope, float assembly , pullys including GI wire fixed at both side of board with approved colour of synthetic enamelled paint and writing letters/numbers all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate will be applicable for both semi UG sumps and OHTs.

Repair & Fixing of 48 W LED aviation obstruction light on OH tank with all necessary connected items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to 25 x 4 mm galvanized MS strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washer of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Pt-I, connected to earthing main switch board/main board including necessary earthwork PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, precast RCC cover using XPM weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sq m in lieu of CI cover, 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth lead upto test point terminal block made of bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm 25 mm long Hex head screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated places and down conductors of 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip above ground along outer surface of OHT all as directed.

M&L for air termination rod made of copper with 12mm rod 300mm long complete set fitting on the top of OHT all as per Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all E&M water supply Installation premishes and along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work where decided not exceeding 100m from the starting point, the green growth shall be clean once in every three month and the measurement shall be taken every time independently for the excuted qty each time

M&L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of cast iron pipe line of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel dust and weather proof paint of approved make (as per existing colour i.e. for inlet pipe- Blue colour, for outlet - Green colour, for overflow - Yellow colour, for drain out pipe - Black colour) over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old surfaces of pipes, by scrapping or complete removal of rusting to the pipes , filling cavities with filler, complete all as specified and as directed.
