Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth (upto 10 ton)

Providing & fixing precast concrete block made by M40 grade concrete 60 mm thick STRADA GREY DL in Wibropress machine 60 mm in shot blasted finish with minimum average 4000kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days including 75 mm sand layer for levelling and finishing the joint with sand in proper line and level etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing concrete kerb stone of gray cement base concrete block KHB dropper Kerb HB to BN (LH), square etc gray SLVWP 600mm x 300mm x 150mm of M40 grade concrete with minimum average 4MPA bending strength at 28 days including excavation for fixing in proper line and level, filling the joint with cm 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing tree pit of RCC frame of size 800 mm x 800m and 50mm thick with internal diameter of 500mm with alll lead and lift.

Providing & laying PVC pipe of 6 kg/cm2 capacity of following dia as directed. (a) 315mm dia pipe(For tree pit)

(b) 140mm dia pipe (For storm water drain)

Providing and laying ordinary CC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggre. 20mm nominal size) and finishing smooth with curing etc. comp. incl. the cost of formwork but excl. the cost of reinforcement for RCC work in Slab : Having more than and upto 15 cm thickness.

Providing TMT Bar FE 415 reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (more than 10 ton)
