M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper complete and applying two coats of sureseal of Dr Fixit or other equivalent as approved by GE and subsequently applying two coats of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) First coat of sureseal (no dilution) shall be applied and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. (b) Second coat of sureseal (no dilution) shall be applied, Perpendicular to first coat direction and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. (c) Application of sureseal treatment shall be executed through expert team of Manufacturer or through authorised applicator of Manufacturer. (d) Putty and Oil emulsion distemper shall be measured and paid Seperately under relevant item

M&L for repairing of walls and other vertical surfaces with and including comprising of the following specifications:- (a) Cleaning and drying thoroughly the existing surface of walls for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and removing the existing plaster surface (b) Applying first coat of Dr Fixit Rain coat Neo or other equivalent (Ready mixed by manufacturer in sealed container ) and mix the content well before the application with brush / roller on the vertical surface in SSD condition all as per Manufacturers instruction (By diluting 1 Litre of redi mix mixed with 100 ml of clean portable water and cover the area at the rate of 3 to 4 sqm/litre (c). Applying second coat of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo or other equivalent without dilution as a water proof top coat with roller / brush as directed and cover the area at the rate of 3 to 4 sqm/litre and all as per Manufacturer instruction Note: Application of Dr Fixit Rain coat treatment shall be executed through expert team of Manufacturer or through authorised applicator of Manufacturer.

M&L for Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof/Chhajja" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) upto a height of 25m wiyh the following specification through the authorized applicator of the Manufacturer including removal of existing treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed. (a) Preparation of surface by opening the cracks/removal of loose concerete all as specified and directed. (b) Washing the entire roof/Chhajja surfaces by using compressor to remove dirt, dust,algae fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. M&L for Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) any colour of exterior edge for cladding near entrance of external wall /column/canopy cladding in combination of solid/Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. Taking down the existing Urinal / Urinal Sensor machanisum and repairing its parts such as battery,sensor part, wiring etc and including spares as required for functioning of urinal and refixing the Urinal / Urinal sensor in the same place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
