M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel,or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion including demolition of concrete foundation and removal of waste material and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh (Barbed/chain link) any type, incl removal, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured

M&L for restraining, resecuring including making good staples of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia dia barbs at 75mm spacing and provisin of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates,Gde Fe-410-S as in fencing post incl necessary flat iron,10mm dia MS round bars,drilling holes and binding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link Mild stel galvanized fencing of size 4 mm dia and 100 x 100 mm mesh size, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link Mild stel galvanized fencing of any size ,including binding with wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, etc. but including ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser No 14 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast Cement concrete louves and jallies 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using Fly ash bricks staight or curved on plan exc in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone nails, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in external surfaces WPC shall be mixed complete all as specified and directed. Note- WPC Shall be measured and paid Separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls complete all as specified & directed

M&L for expanded metal, n.exc 4 Kg cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall including scrapping down, smoke soot, efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying Two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
