Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) Cable of working voltage 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 pt-I & II of 2000 drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC casing caping (Double lock) with all casing capping fittings & accessories with 1.60 mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box covered with 3 mm thick backelite sheet fixed with brass screws & cup washers including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch / DB's or common earth dolly complete for one light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point controlled by one switch 5/6 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Three runs of PVC wire with one run of PVC casing and caping will be measured and paid as one unit length.)

Servicing of exhaust fans of capacity 450/350/300/250mm including taking down from site at any height of floor by own arrangement of contractor, dismantling cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing to the existing site after servicing and making the electrical connections complete all as directed (Unserviceable Parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperatly)

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan motor 250-300mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight not less than 250gms including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Copper winding weight shall not be less than old existing repaired fan.

All as per Srl item No 37 above but 300mm to 450mm sweep and weight upto 500 gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement old unserviceable capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5 mfd with copper wire terminal complete all as specified. Make:Havells or equivalent make as approved.

S&F in Replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 440 volts 3.15 mfd with copper wire terminal complete all as specified. Make:Havells or equivalent make as approved.

Removing old paint by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of super enamelled synthetic paint to complete exhaust fan of any size upto 450mm sweep at site including writing MES No,Srl No & location on the ceiling fans as directed or required at site.

Taking down carefully geyser 35 to 50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc and again refixing in position after repair & replacement of spare-parts, descaling of rust and rubbish material from the inner tank testing complete after replacing the unserviceable spare parts all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Spare parts/ items required will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per Srl Item No 43 above but capacity upto & including 25 ltr.

Supply only in replacement of thermostat ISI marked suitable for geysers upto 50 Ltrs Capacity any make or type as per site requirement. The adjustable range shall be 0 - 75 degree celsius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of heating element 2000 watt for 200 LPD solar water heater including suitable thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of multi function safety valve ISI marked suitable for geysers upto 50 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable 6 Hole syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity geyser including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable 9 Hole syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity geyser including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of heating element titanium coated ISI Marked of 1.5 KW rating round or triangular suitable for water heater storage as required at site including rubber washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with brass hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (300mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed make as approved.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with brass hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (450mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed make as approved.
