Dismantling/taking out unserviceable eathings of any description with all acessories and removing debries from the site complete all as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to GI Earth Strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviceable earthing strip/earth wire of any description and from any position complete all as directed

M&L checking of existing GI earthing pits by earth meager, entering the initial values of eathing and lighting conductors and repair/replacement of lightening conductors, repair/replacement of GI strips where required and repair to earthing pits and testing of earth resistance value and providing salt, charcoal, replacement of earthing plate as required and entering the final values in register complete all as directed. Note:- (i) GI strip, Earthing plate Salt and Charcoal shall be measured and paid seperately at Supply only rates under appropiate item (ii) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of labour cost to make the eathing pit in serviceable condition. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for column & wall foundation, UG Cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm layers in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of MES water supply installation/campus by surface dressing, trimming of natural ground to removing all vegetations/shurbs/bushes etc , cleaning of drains and removing of rubishes/debries of the permises complete all directed. Note:- Cleaning of MES installation/campus as described may be carried out at an interval of 75 days as directed by Engg-In-Charge

M&L earth pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-I (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earth pit indicator for existing earthing pit made out of MS plate size 30cm x 30cm x 3mm fixed with 16mm MS square bar, 60cm long, preperation of surfaces and applying two coats of syntheic enamel (tint as directed) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and legs embedded in PCC 1:4:8 Type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) ( PCC block of sie 30cm x 30cm x 30cm), including writing letters, necessary earthork etc, complete all as directed. S&F factory made Poly propylene earthing pit cover made out of High grade heavy duty polythene, HD PVC chamber of outer size 300mm x 300mm, with safe working load 2000Kg including dismantling existing unserviceable earth pit cover complete all as directed.

M&L copper brazing of two copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm thick to 32mm x 6mm thick/copper rod of 17mm dia and fixed on walls with post insulators /fixed on ploe with MS clamps, nits bolts, washers and post insulators complete all as directed.

S&F in repair, Porcelain Post insulators for earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade water tube with all fittings laid in floors fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including necessary taking down of exsisting old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, 15mm boreGun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
