Dismantling of one span LT / lighting overhead line and laying of power cable in ground for removing of hindrance for laying of rail track for mechanized siding/ new SILO of Dipka Expansion Project.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 1.1 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 1.1 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required

Dismantling of 9/10/11 mtr damaged poles with bracket etc.

Dismantling of damaged part of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium overhead conductor, GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (Power cable will be supplied departmentally)

Laying & jointing of MS pipeline including loading and unloading (within unit/ project), transportation and placement, welding of pipes and cutting and fitting of package (if joint by nut-bolt) for crossing of cable from rail track. (a) Size: 300mm dia.

Note: The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 04 nos.
