Precast cement concrete Coloured chequered tiles with Glossy finished of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

20-22mm thick machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab flooring over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigmen to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

20-25mm thick machine cut mirror polish kota stone slab in riser of step,skirting,dado and pillers over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface

100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2, (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed
