The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) conforming IS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. 0.2 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of Morth specification.
