Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting of sewer line upto 150mm internal dia with connected manholes of any depth by mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine, incl taking out debris, temporary raising main etc for smooth flow of sewage system to avoid flood in the area. Supply of all material, labour, tool and plants temporary power connection with stand by generator set, gas detector for air ventilators etc and provn of safety equipments as per guide lines laid in IS : 11972(1987)/(international standard), well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and including disposing off the deposited sludge etc inside pipes to a distance not exceeding 200m, buried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.20 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc alongwith sufficient labours to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Any dispute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.

S&F in repairs semi-pedestal pattern (Anglow-Indian type), vitreous china water closet pan, white, with 'P' or 'S' trap, including flushing pipe, etc complete and making good to disturbed surfaces of floor by filling with PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 to match with the existings including taking down the existing old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including connection to outgoing drain and flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe with seat and cover complete but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including making good damaged/disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 litre capacity, PVC valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
