Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 MVA, 33 / 0.433 kV (Oil type Transformer) Packaged Substation (PSS). This work involves shifting of PSS from INRP Store to Designated location at INRPC site as directed by EIC. PSS consisting of 1 unit of 6.6kV,630A,21kAfor 3 Sec (M+1VCB) NON EXTENSIBLE RMU, 1 unit of 2MVA,6.6/0..433kV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn11, Outdoor ONAN type, copper wound transformer with OCTC Tapping Range +5% to -10% @2.5% and 1 unit of of cubicle type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized design from pre-galvanised G. I Steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates with powder coating in RAL 7032 shade as per the attached technical specification. - Code of practice for installation and maintenance of transformer and specification attached complete in all respects as required at site.

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm thickness precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length up to 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-incharge

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm, strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required including removal of existing fence if any complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.

Design, Manufacture, Transportation, Supply & Erection of Porta cabin with electrical fitting, fans, lighting and fittings as per specifications. The doors, windows and ventilation system shall be as per industry standard and complete as per concept design / drawing in approved colour and shade with all requisite fixtures, nut, bolts, etc complete job, but excluding the cost of foundation. However the provision shall be made for necessary conduits for lightening, opening for plumbing works and other services as required and shall be strictly manufactured on approval of the shop drawing to be submitted by the bidder. The structural stability and designs shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and the rates quoted shall be all inclusive.

Office Block of size 10' x 12' x 8.5' height consisting 6 work stations with 6 Nos virgin plastic chairs, 1 No Aluminum sliding window with blinders & grill, 1 No 1.5 T split AC, 2 Nos of 12' long overhead rack tubelights and ceiling fans etc all complete as per drawing and specification.

Providing, laying and fixing 300 mm dia RCC pipe NP2 class( light duty ), inclusive of road cutting of width 800mm and depth 1000 mm complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2( 1 cement: 2 fine sand ), 100mm thick encasing the pipe with concrete of 1:2:4 grade, backfilling and concreting (1:2:4 ) with M30 grade and as per the attached technical specifications

The sheets shall have both sides UV protection coating for long term weather resistance and high impact strength.

Laying of 100mm thick 20mm gravel and spray of anti-weed powder/chemical over the exposed surface area of Outdoor PSS.
