S&F mild steel works such as Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, posts, rafters, purlins, trusses, connecting MS plates, MS Pipes, MS Tubes etc. fixed independently conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works as framed roof members, rafters, purlins, trusses, connecting plates, cleats, etc. including distance pieces conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, levelling courses, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out hard dence soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations filling mass concrete PCC 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate type B2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and fair all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :1. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included for the provision of required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings inclusive of working of Item No. 01 here-in-before.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any shade) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel small article works such as bands, straps, holdfasts, wall ties, clamps, wind ties, cleats etc., and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.
