Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and earth in required thickness as per directions of officer incharge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid seperately)

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed by officer in charge.

Supplying & stacking sludg-:> at site including royalty and carriage complete ( sludge measured in stakes will be reducd by 8% for payment.
