Supply and fixing GI bracket, light grade 32mm dia and 50cm long including two numbers GI clamp fixed on wall with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DB VTPN 4 way IP-54 made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with copper bus bar 200A, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail 415 Volts with double door with provision for MCB TPN as incomer and MCB outgoing . Note: MCBs will measured and paid separately

Supply & fixing VTPN MCCB DB TPN 8 way, double door, sheet metal enclosure, 240V, 200 amps rated busbar with isolated nuetral bar , door earthing etc IP- 54 protection including fixing of cable with appropriate size of lugs with provision for MCCB TP as incomer and MCBs as outgoing . complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1.MCCB/ MCBs will measured and paid separately 2.Cost for concealed the DBs on wall including making good disturbed surfaces with existing colour shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm internal size, 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement , 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25mm x 4mm flat iron hold fasts, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of ductile iron pipe socket spigot centrifugally cast (spun) including suitable specials such as bends , colar , elbow , tail piece , flanges and Tees etc class K-7, in any length, laid in trenches/floors or on supporting pillar of size 100 mm dia as per IS and with inside cement mortar lining and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on exposed portion of pipe with blue in colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing alterations or additions of DI/CI/GI pipe for inertions of 100mm dia Tee, in and including fittings such as unions, nipples and sockets etc. complete all as specified and director.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Fabricate supply & fixing of out door type dust & vermin proof LT feeder pillar box panel CPRI approved with sloped topby using suitable angular iron frame for each unit panel fixing with nuts & bolts on 70 x 40 ICMS channel as per directions as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and using 3mm thick CRCA sheet all over body front and back cover with hinges and aldrops for locking armagments including MS angle iron stand/ stage of 60cm height, of size 45mm x 45mm x 6mm and 2mm thick MS sheet for bus bar cover panel partitions and bottom cable entry covers duty painted with ONE coat of redoxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with control wiring to complete LT panel with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper cable and 6 A MCB's meters breaker control supply and indication lamps and the following switch gears /ACB's copper bus bars and accessories : (a) Aluminium bus bar of 300A for RYB (live) and 300A for neutral as main bus bar. (b) Aluminium bus bar as down links/connectivity links to LT MCCBs for connecting all incoming , outgoing cables and bus couplers. (c) Digital ammeter & voltmeter for incoming (d) LED indication lamps for RYB for incoming supply and for breaker on / off indications.

(e) 4 Pole MCCB - 200 A as incomer and, 4 Pole MCCB 100 A MCCB -3 no's and 20A Single phase timer with power contactor as outgoings all as directed by the engineer in charge (f) Incoming MCCBs of 4 pole 25 KA, 440 V AC with microprocessor based triping system against Short circuit instantaneous and earth fault protection, Outgoing MCCBs of 4 pole 16 KA, 440 V AC with adjustable type complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted includes necessary grouting / chipping of concrete for Anchring fastners and making PCC foundation to fix the LT Panel and connecting of necessary LT cables with new end terminations as directed by the engineer - in - charge. (ii) Rate quoted includes necessary Digital ammeter, voltmeter, LED lamps, CTs, Aluminium bus bar and MCCB's. (iii) Drawing must be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge fabrication of the panel.

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI earth strip of 25x3mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix FRP pole box 170 x 170 x 105mm consisting of 50 Amps 4 pole connector- 01 No MCB SP "C'' curve 06 Amps, 10 KA-01 no complete all as specified and directed. Makes : FRP Pole Box : SINTEX Cat No. GS-JB-1414 or equivalent in Hansel.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 77mm (OD) x 63mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Rex Poly Extrusion Ltd/ Tirupati Plastomatics Pvt Ltd.

S&F voltage stabilizer copper wound 4.0 KVA suitable for wall mounting (Automatic operation) single phase naturally cooled suitable for input voltage 165 V to 295 V stablizer output voltage 200 to 240 Volts with time delay 2 to 4 minuts for Air conditioners. complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLOTION AND DISMANTLING Taking down fuse Unit/DBs, 415 Volt/230 Volt incl MCCB/MCB. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down light fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old aluminium sub main wiring of any size. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI pipe of 20/25/50mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable PVC water tank of capacity 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable/ service wire of any size complete all as specified and directed.

COOLING APPLIANCES Supply, installation,commis-sioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 ltr complete all as speicifed and as directed by Eng-In-Charge.
