Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and any thickness including cement mortar, screed bed, tiles, existing membrane etc over roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof kerb etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm gradred stone aggregate as in roof padding with average thickness 40mm as in levelling course to maintain the true roof slope finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in coping, parapets, bed plates, kerb and the like rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 fair finished using WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement or manufacturing instruction all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighting 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of hot blown bitumin grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 litre per sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane joint shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L in RCC ceiling/Chajja/ fascia/stair repair with applying 10 mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface including removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight and 5 litres Nitobond SBR 45 added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litres water addition, finished surface to match with existing surface of ceiling, beams, chajja and alike up to 10m from ground level complete all as specified & directed. Note : Measurement of Chajja, Fascia will be done for one long side only.

M&L for repair to roof concrete slab cracks removing all broken and loose material and cleaning the surface with air blower to remove dust, dirt, loose sand and repairing cracks, with Bitumen water proofer or equivalent product complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 Ltrs setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and written by suitable paint as CLEANED on DD/MM/YEAR complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 10.00 here-in-before but for 1000 Ltrs tanks.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, double layer construction, ISI mark (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings, of capacity 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, double layer construction, ISI mark (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings, of capacity 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair stop valves cast copper alloy types screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle for 20mm bore complete all sa specified.

S&F ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes or brass ferrule and fixed of size 20 mm (Minimum weight 210 Gram) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing of serviceable pipes and unserviceable pipe removal from site of work complete all as directed.

All as per item No 16 hereinbefore but 20mm bore Complete all as directed.

S&F for GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with and including all fittings ISI marked and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling etc complete all as specified.

M&L cutting out cracks to `V' section in existing roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external walls using WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement or manufacturing instruction including taking down of existing plaster complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Talking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches including necessary cutting out wall/ concrete and finishing the surface to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm dia pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
