Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. without lead.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (WMM)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grading 2 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (Grade-II)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (M-10) nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (Height upto 5m) SI.No.-13.60 (1600 & 2200) { in foundation 1.00%,in sub structure 1.25%,and in super structure 1.50%.(As per MORT

M-150 brick in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools & plants, etc required for proper completion of the work. as per MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying 600 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. But excluding cost of coller.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. SI

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
