Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth or any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and mass concrete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All works upto plinth level including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions asperIS:9103 toaccelerate, retardsettingofconcrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge.within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Wall painting (two coats) with Premium acrylic emulsion of Asian / Dulux /Berger paints/Nerolac paints (above Dado/skirting) of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for matting the surface smooth as per Architectural drawing ,design and specifications.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing factory made ridges or hips having proper gola shape 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheets of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindals steels in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete as per approved drawing , design and specification. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 20mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtelyas per approved drawing , design and specification. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Structural steel work of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindal In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
