Cutting open B.T. Road or macadam road for laying water main / sewer lines and stacking the usable materials on road side for reuse in road works.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawings and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material - Marshy soil - Mechanical Means - upto 3 metre depth including the cost of labour, hire charge for tipper, hydraulic excavator and overhead charges.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class (light duty) RCC pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc, complete - 1200 mm dia RCC pipe.

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Fabricating supplying and erection of steel shutter of size above 1.00m and upto 2.00m width, made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate and ISMC 100 x 50 mm channels for outer frame with each 2 Nos. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners with equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild steel plate for gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 0.40 x 0.40m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutter to the site. The rate to include dismantling the old shutter from the vent, including the power required conveyance of equipment to site, loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil works and trial operations and all taxes etc., complete

Fabricating, supplying and fixing Groove angle made out of 100 x 100x10mm mild steel angle with required height inlcuding welding of Hold fast of size 40x40x6mm mild steel angle 3 nos on each side and including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat red oxide primer etc., including dismantling the groove angle conveying loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete

Fabricating, supply and fixing of screw rod 50mm dia Mild steel round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the capstain Head Assmebly with required bold and nut fastened with eye plate of the shutters including greasing etc., including dismantling old screw rod conveying loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 150x 75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m necessary fish plate made out of 8mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.23 x 0.30m 2 nos to place of beam in position including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive block paint with one coat of red oxide primer etc., including dismantling old beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and erection of cast iron head set assembly light duty with Hexagonal nut (Approximate 50 Kg) duly machined with nut threading to suit the screw rod with incluidng cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of anticorrive block paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation including dismantling the existing head set assembly and conveying to the sotre and stacking including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type B screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-III with type B 11.2mm screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-I material and bitumen 60/70 grade

Relaying the paver block including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc., complete

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc., all complete.

Earth work in rough excavastion and dressing up in embankment by using machinery for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression with in a initial lead of 50m and lift upto 6.0m in all kinds of soil (Payment shall be made based on levels).

Conveyance of excavated earth with in a average lead of 3Km radius beyond the initial lead 50m and filling up in embankments for road, flood banks marginal banks and guide banks etc., in all kind of soils. The quantity of conveyed earth shall be calculated based on levels and the total quantity shall be reduced by 20% for the purpose of payment
