REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT /UG CABLE/OVER HEAD LINE, TRANSFORMER VOLTAGE STABLIZER AND ALLIED WORKS IN AREA UNDER (I) POKARAN.

Dismantling / taking up of concrete poles of any size ,incl disconnecting the aluminium conductor/cable connections complete all as specified and directed at site all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply & errect in position Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving built in cement concrete (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation for stay assy, repairing of floor/paths, fencing post road cutsetc including necessary form work and fair finshing to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finshing to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L cross arm , bracing support MS clamps etc including necessary fabrication, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paints all as directed complete.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from existing pole and removing from site all as directed by Engr -in Cahrge.

M&L for providing HT/LT over head lines on prestressed concrete poles with aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wire, connectors and jumpers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Mink, Dog, Lion, Weasel, Ferret or Squirrel). NOTE:- Measurement for the purpose of payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and adding 3% extra for sag, joints, jumpers etc.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 kv earthed system in any palce including taking down old unsv cabes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured & paid separately.)

Supply and fix in replacement of heat shrink type Cable jointing kit for outdoor termination suitable for 11 kv (Eartherd ) grade 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured cable with jointing material and accssories complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per ser item No.14 here -in - before but suitable for 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm XLPE armoured cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of heat shrink type straight through Cable jointing kit suitable for 11 kv (Eartherd ) grade 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured cable with jointing material and accssories complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per ser item No.16 here -in - before but suitable for 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm XLPE armoured cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for taking up/ down of GI pipes 80 mm bore including all fitting from trenches/walls /floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for GI Tubing 80 mm dia light grade for protection of cable when laying road crossing, on wall,on pole with using MS clmaps, nut bolt and accessories complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red color and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacemnt of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply installation commissioning & testing switch air break gange operated tripple pole mechanically operated verticle type on HT insulator 12 insulator type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 400 Amps 11000 Volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamp , bolts , nutsand washers etc including drop out expulsion type fuse with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

All as per ser item No.22 here -in - before but air break switch mechanical operated horizontal type complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lightning arresters suitable for 11 KV grade expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed at site all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for and 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables and foundation etc.all as specifiedand getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for and 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables and foundation etc.all as specifiedand getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover all as directed.

Supply and laying Jodhpur stone patti for cable protection of lenth between 55 to 60 cm but width between 25 to 30 cm thicknes not less than 5 cm complete as per site requirement incl removing old unsv patti and direction of engineer in charge.

Demolishing existing PCC pedastal above GL including M&L for making pedastal 30 cm above GL in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate all around PCC / STEEL tubular poles.

M&L for black paint synthetic enamelled paint two coats on pedastal above GL prepared in above item and all as directed by Engr-in charge

M & L for trimming of trees/ branches minimum 3 mtrs. Either sides coming under / touching HT / LT over head line and throughing at a distance out side cantt area all as directed

Dismantling of U/S existing any type GI earthing with GI Strip 32 x6 mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing PCC from Site all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earthing strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts/bolts/washer check nuts and other end connected to earht test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete pit PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate). 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slable (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia ) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling, and removal of surplus earth upto a distance exceeding 50 mtr etc. all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for painting of PCC HT poles in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and Red colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numberss in both side of pole MES,HT and pole no all as directed by engr in charge.

M&L for painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) on PCC /Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of aluminium paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces incl painting of pole coping with black paint all as directed at site all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Dismantiling of broken stay assembly from various lacation any size and stay rod complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Rates includes demolation of concrete and making good.

M&L fo stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanised stay plate 30cm x 30 cm x 6mm , MS galvanised stay rod 20 mm dia with nut,215 cm long , MS galvanised stay bow 40 cm long with 02 Nos galvanised thimbles with and including all fittings as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately).

M & L for re-stretching ACSR conductor on HT pole having (3) conductors with earthing GI wire or guardning wire etc complete in any type OH line including jumpers using new conductor & binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Surface dressing n.exc 15 Cm deep in soft/ loose soil all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for Graded coarse aggregate 40mm including spreading ,levelling at various location pole structure, transformer area etc complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply and replace/repairs ACSR conductor duly insulated with HT heat shrink sleeve tubes for Jumper/incoming/dropout/GOD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for maintenance of HT 11 KV GOD horizontal/vertical type in position at locations by greasing all moving parts, cleaning contacts, making operating handle functional and tightening all connections incoming/ outgoing all as directed.

Supply and replace in repairs HT 11 KV dropout insulators set (Set of three) in position at location all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in replacement of insulator disc type porcelain , vitreous , white ,brown or green 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type , single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 Volts grade complete all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in replacement of insulator pin type porcelain , vitreous , white ,brown or green 150 mm height and 150 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts for conductor working pressure 11000 Volts grade complete .

S&F in replacement galvanised stay strand 7/8 SWG laid for stay of poles complete all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L in replacement of loop porcelain ,vitreous white , brown or green insulator with over all dimension of 90mm x 140mm ,clearence of whole 25.5 mm complete all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia as earth conductor run along the over head line duly binded with metallic cross arms and armour of cable at the end pole complete all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective transformer 11KV/0.433 KV of capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA on foundation or two pole structure and transportation for repair to workshop or factory, dismantling the transformer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs and renewal of unserviceable parts, denting, welding, etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No.with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop or factory to site and re-installed on platform on two pole structure, commissioning and testing of transformer upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts/transformer oil/ rewinding will be measured and paid separately and supply & fixing only

S&F in replacement of synthetic rubberised gaskets for top cover LT terminal box LV/HV bushing, washers, spindles etc of transformer 11 KV/ 0.433 KV 40 KVA to 160 KVA capacity complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out unserviceable complete coil on limb and HT/LT winding of transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV capacity of 40 KVA to 160 KVA any location with suitable size/ existing gauge supper enamelled copper winding wire insulated with necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for in replacement of unserviceable HT bushes insulators of transformer 40 KVA to 160 KVA capacity including brass bush rod with nuts & wahers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for renewal of unserviceable LT brass spindle for transformer 11/0.433 KV capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for renewal of unserviceable breather assembly with new silica gel for transformer 11/0.433 KV capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Suply and topping up / refilling of transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for voltage stabiliser / transformer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting transformer from load of any make,any size and any capacity, draining out transformer oil and regular filtration at location in position at site (on pole / platform) filtration upto required dielectric strength with the help and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achive including testing of dielectric strength and alkali all directed by Engineer - in - charge

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective Voltage stabilizer 440 Volts of capacity 40 KVA to 75 KVA on foundation and transportation for repair to workshop or factory, dismantling the Voltage stabilizer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs and renewal of unserviceable parts, denting, welding, etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No.with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop or factory to site and re-installed on platform , commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts/Voltage stabilizer oil/ rewinding will be measured and paid separately

Material and Labour for taking out unserviceable complete dimmer of Voltage stabilizer 440 volts capacity 40-75 KVA with replacement of as per existing size and capacity with copper winding and necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Servo motor suitable for 40 KVA to 75 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed at site.
