Repairs to 11 kV power cable connecting the output of 3.15 MVA Transformer by way of: I. Disconnecting the power supply to the Yard and then disconnecting the power cables from the electric circuit. II. Extraction of damaged cable terminal kits from the cable ends using special tools and tackles. III. Providing and fitting of heat shrinkable HT cable termination kits for 240 sq. mm 1-core, 11 kV kit XLPE HT cables. The kit shall comprise of all the parts including tapping and lugs. IV. Megger testing of the power cable after fitting of 11kV End Termination cable kits, then connecting the power cables back on transformer output terminals. V. Connecting the sub-station with the 33 kV HT line followed by testing of same on no load and full load. All the tools and tackles required for carrying out the job like heating blower, crimping tool etc. is to be arranged by the firm.
Replacement of Old damaged TNC switches to operator console and 11kV feeder panels by way of P&F of new Breaker Control TNC switches. The job includes removal of old damaged TNC Switches by engaging skilled & unskilled labours. All tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job like crimping tool, Thimbles etc. shall be arranged by the Firm. The specifications of the TNC Switches are as follows: Power Spec: AC-23A 690V - 11KW-12.8A Type: 2NO + 2NC Frequency: 50 HZ Make: Salzer L&T/Schneider or equivalent. Note : 02 No's TNC Switches are to be kept as spare at site for future eventuality.
Stage 1st Repairs to 160.5 KVAR automatic power factor correction panel by way of:
a) Disconnecting the power supply to the panel and then shifting it to the safer place within pump house. The job further includes thorough checking of entire circuitary and indivual component for any sort of malfunction as the panel is not working properly. The job includes general cleaning using air blower. The job further includes removal of grit and dust by using by suitable means. The job further includes shifting back of serviced panel to its position , reconnecting of the cables subsequent testing on different loads at site.
b) Replacement of damaged Fuse Type Terminal/connection Blocks in the APFC panel by way of P/F of new SP 6-Amp MCB (B-Type) in the APFC Panel. The job includes removal of old damaged Fuse Type Terminal/connection Blocks by engaging skilled & unskilled labours. All tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job like crimping tool,Thimbles etc. shall be arranged by the firm. The specifications of the SP 6-Amp MCB (B-Type) are as follows: Rating: 6 Amp Power Spec: 240VAC Frequency: 50 HZ SCC: 10 kA (In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1) Make: Havells/L&T or equivalent.
C) Replacement of damaged 12.5kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor in the APFC panel by way of P/F of new 12.5kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor in the APFC Panel. The job includes removal of old damaged Capacitor by engaging skilled & unskilled labours. All tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job like crimping tool,T himbles etc. shall be arranged by the firm. The specifications of the MNX-9 Contactor kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor are as follows: Rating: 12.5 kVAR Power Spec: 480VAC Frequency: 50 HZ Make: Epcos/L&T or equivalent.
d) Replacement of damaged 15kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor in the APFC panel by way of P/F of new 15kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor in the APFC Panel. The job includes removal of old damaged Capacitor by engaging skilled & unskilled labours. All tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job like crimping tool, Thimbles etc. shall be arranged by the firm. The specifications of the MNX-9 Contactor kVAR Cylindrical Capacitor are as follows: Rating: 15 kVAR Power Spec: 480VAC Frequency: 50 HZ Make: Epcos/L&T or equivalent.
e) Replacement of damaged MNX-9 Contactors in the APFC panel by way of P/F of new 3-Pole MNX contactors in the APFC Panel. The job includes removal of old damaged contactors by engaging skilled & unskilled labours. All tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job like crimping tool, Thimbles etc. shall be arranged by the firm. The specifications of the MNX-9 Contactor are as follows: Rating: 9 Amp (AC3) Aux Contacts: 1 NO Type Coil Voltage: 240V, Power Spec: 240VAC Frequency: 50 HZ Make: L&T or equivalent.
