Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of C.I. sluice valve including stacking of useful materials within a lead of 50 metres .Up to 150 mm diameter

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white color board for backing of cup boards and bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc. of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws etc. all as per direction of Engineer-InCharge. (Note: stainless steel screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm thick

Providing and fixing Toilet Paper Holder Kohler Model No 5632IN-CP/ Jaquar Model No AHS-1553/ ROCA RA816070159 or approved equivalent including all fittings and accessories required as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer- Incharge.

Providing & fixing of 600 mm to 750 mm long stainless steel grab bar (Jaquar cat.no.WAC-SAP- BR0600CS/Bobrick code B-5806 / Utec (TVB access cat no. TVB-7524) or approved equivalent with all necessary fittings etc complete as approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Hygeine panel in ladies toilet of make Euronix or equivalent with all necessary fittings etc complete as approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing assistance on architectural issues while carrying out modification works to meet the desired requirements. The architect/consultant engaged should have experience of handling interior furnishing, drainage system & washroom work of prominent buildings preferably Airports, premium hotels, shopping complexes or similar.(This item shall be executed with the prior approval of Engineer In-charge or Project In-charge after verification of the the experience of the consultant.)

Supplying Dustbins made of 18 gauge, SS-202 grade stainless steel hairline finish of 400 mm external die length 750 mm and hight 750 mm with 2 nos. 300 mm dia round opening at top with PU coating including 125 mm high AAI blue colour Logo, colour coded waste description sticker and Neoprene gasket ring at botton. The dustbin should have removable cover and provision of clipping poly bags complete as per design, drawing no.- PLG/A9/STD/DB/02 (drawing enclosed) and directions of Engineer in charge. The dustbin shall display sticker indicating type of garbage and the top shall be finished with approved shade of PU coating as per the instructions Engineer-In-charge.(Before supply, Sample of dustbin should be submitted to AAI for Approval. Approved sample shall be paid in respective item.)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing 32mm dia Bottle Trap (Jaquar cat.no.ALD-769L300X190 / Kohler cat no. K-7314IN-CP or approved equivalent) and other ancillary fittings, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete as per satisfaction & directions of Engineer-Incharge.

Providing & fixing Stainless Steel floor push nahani trap of size 150 mm x 150 mm at floor level i.c proper finishing of joint in flooring etc complete as per direction of Engineer-Incharge.

Providing & fixing sensor-based urinal with sensor complete set up with automatic flushing systems ( Kohler Cat No. -16321IN-SS-0 & 24199IN-C03-CP or approved equivalent) comprising of all plumbing, electronic and electrical items.
