Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by providing 3 mm thick spacer. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing & fixing P.O.P. false ceiling at all heights including poroviding & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sq, (both side inclusive) as per IS 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm clc, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers or 25 x 10 x 0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c'c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mn each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm clc, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I ntermediate channel with connecting cip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws 230mm interval, including laying of P.O.P. ceiling of average thickness 12 to 14mm reinforced with chicken mesh with ceiling sections including the cost of making opening for light fittings/concealed lighting, sound speakers, making suspended acoustical clouds, space for Curtains/ blinds, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels etc suitably fixed by giving required offsets, excluding the cost of painting all complete as per C.A.U.T. Chd drawing no 374/1 Job no 65, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing and fixing golden champ jaffery on compound wall with frame of golden champ section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with golden champ and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, making shelves in cabinet 1mm mica on outer side & 0.8 mm thick inner side . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
