NCTPS II Civil Maintenance Circle Civil Maintenance Division Repair and Maintenance works to the Common toilet buildings in various location at NCTPS II

Chipping out the old flooring to receive new filling material including cost of all materilas, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete to raise the low floor level in Outer Common toilet.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm size graded hard broken granite stone including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site to raisen the toilet floor level in Outer Toilet building.

Providing flooring with anti skid ceramic tiles of size 305 mm X 305mm x 6mm including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Fabrication, Providing and fixing of Ladder using MS Angles, MS Flat for supporting angle including cost of cutting, welding and fixing in position, and one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint, all materials, labour charges, all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Colour washing with two coats of interior emulsion paint over one coat of primer including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer Incharge of the work.

Colour washing with two coats with Exterior Emulsion paint over one coat of primer for outside wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Writing of letter using painting in outer wall with two coat of enamel paint for background and writing letter of size 15cm bordering allround including cost of paint, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Brick work for Raising the flooring wall in Common Toilet with CM 1:5 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete to avoid of drain water etc.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The overall size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Indian Water Closet for toilet with all acessories including cost of all materials ,labour,lead ,lift etc., complete.
