Preparing the surface of the terrace slab to install base plates of steel columns including removing the brick bat coba, water proofing membrane, I. P. S. , and carting away the debris.

Providing and installing anchor rods in drilled holes and fixing with adhesives for anchoring base plates of columns to terrace slab. Epoxy based chemically treated anchor rod nominal diameter, embedment depth in RCC total length of rod 185 mm as per Strucutral Design. The rod shall be fully threaded for its entire length. The adhesive (injectable mortar) shall be epoxy based chemaclly trated as per design. The hole in steel baseplate shall be as per dia. of anchor bold. The hole in RCC shall be match the anchor bolt. The method of drlling holes, cleaning the holes and injecting the adhesive shall be as specified by manufacturers specification. The tools and equipment such as drill machine, blow pump, injecting gun etc. shall be those prescribed by as per manufactuirers specification. A washer and nut shall be provided. Minor levelling shall be done by providing a thin layer of suitable grout. If existing slab is not in level and major adjustment is required it shall be done in steel work by adjusting the level of purlins. Mode of measuremments : The number of rods installed shall be count. The work shall be executed through manufactuers certified agency.

Providing structural steel (mild steel as defined in IS 800-2007 clause 2.2)for frame work of the proposed structure including fabricating, cutting, welding, rivetting, bolting, erection and 2 coat enamel painting with one coat of primer with Built up section / Hollow sections/ MS Plates / chequered plates / Pipes etc complete all inclusive of labour , wastage, working at all heights and levels.

Providing & fixing 16mm thick multi wall polycarbonate sheet of min weight of 3250 gms/sq. Meter, with extruded UV Protected (co. Test report shall be sumbitted) with special anti-glare protection to prevent glare and sun streaks, with vertical standing seam at both sides sun streaks, with vertical standing seam at both sides of panels, weilding or gluing of up stands or standing panels shall have a grip-lock double tooth locking machinism to ensure maximum up lift capability. Panel ends shall be closed with additional End cap of Aluminum U-profile (anodized/poweder coated) the joining of two sheet shall be as per sketch enclsoed. The work shall be fitted on exisitng MS Structure perpendicular ti direction of sheet with purline spacing as specified by manufacturer of as approved and directed by Engineer in-charge. Colour of Sheet will be Opal weight /Green/brown or other colured as approved The rate shall included cost of all scaffolding equipemnts, hardware, wastage etc working at all levels and heights.

Providing & Fixing 4mm. ACP panel facia On three sides of the roof facia to be fixed with 2” X 1” M.S. section frame work including 1" X 1" Aluminium frame work complete in all respect. Including painting as above.

Water proofing the portion around the base plates including covering the base plates and bolt shafts with chemical based cement : sand mortar & concreteing making good the finishing matching exisitng flooring etc complte as directed and instructed.

P/f in position PVC rain water pipe with bends, shoes, collers etc as per site conditons with saddle clamp etc complete as directed and instructed.
