Restoration by providing water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing granite structure inclusive of hire charges scaffolding arrangements conveyance charges for tools & plants and machinaries to the workship spot and cleaning the site after completion of work etc

Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime mortar 1:1.5, 20mm deep including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Brick work in lime mortar1:2 using II class ground moulded chamber brunt bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with Water based Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Clean removal of old paint from the surface OLD IRON WORK and Repainting old iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Best varnish two coat for wood work etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including cost of supplying filling sand etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Flooring with cut stone slab 600mm x 600 mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100cm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the department officers including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for paving and pointing with Lime mortar 1:1.5 etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Pointing with high performance finishing to the existing Brick flooring surface of quality materials in lime mortar 1:1.5, 20 mm deep using lime souresed from pollachi area including cost of special tools, watering, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications
