Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each and removing from the site all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (with out taking off shutter from the frame) n exc 1.5 sqm each incl cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified,and removing unserviceable material outside the premises.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S & F pressed steel frames made of size 1.25mm thick MS steel for door with one or more rebates incl lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate etc complete of size 105 x 60mm including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats all as spfd.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster / demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust and applying roof treatment as below:-- (i) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C’ 0.87-0.89Kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely. (ii) Applying a coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (iiI) Applying Polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane “APP” (Atactic poly propylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap in length using butane torch with 10cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame cpmplete all as specified.

Applying two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. ( incl all necessary scaffolding, lifting arrangement for two story building on external surfaces).

Material and labour for rendering 05mm thick in CM (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias, column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to 2nd storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth and apply putty and primer where requred complete all as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work masonry, etc., any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 2 inch aperture Chain link MS galvanized fencing ( 4mm dia wire) to fix with angle iron with flat iron with suitable nut bolt any size or type complete, all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, fix in chain link fencing using 0.90 mm dia GI wire as strengthing bar complete all as specified.Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
