M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303/6.02) Same as item no. 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-305/6.04) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305(a)) As item 303 to 307 above but in superstructure including necessary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of wall not to be less than 1½ brick. 15 mm cement plaster : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)(DSR-18/13.5.2)

Supply & fixing of RCC Grill work (JALI) of approved patterm & make at site of work in cement concrete consisting of cement, approved coarse sand and 6mm. Nominal size stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 & reinforced with 6mm. Dia M.S. wire/bar including cutting & finishing with 1:3 cement & fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the work but excluding plaster on jambs, sill & soffit of the opening, (1) 5.00cm. thick. Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (DSR-18/ 13.73)

15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove (DSR-18/13.73.1)

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections. (DSR-18/5.30/AR)

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.(SOR-20/15.22 New Item)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm. (DSR-18/13.45.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (DSR-18/10.25)

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (DSR-18/10.25.2)

Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or super par synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 105/106/133-1950 (SOR-20/647/15.07)

As in item (647) above but for every subsequent coat on previously treated surface. (SOR-20/648)
