Chemical Earthing system:- Design Engineering, Manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing at shop, packing and Supply of Earth Electrode including Advance maintenance free earthing Copper bonded steel Electrode with low resistance environmental friendly filling chemical compound material Supply and installation of earthing compete pit & strips for earth grid and connection of various equipment as per Engineering specs also for earthing.

Earthing Pit with copper bonded ms electrode of diameter not less than 19 mm with copper coating of at least 100 microns (meeting the requirements of IEEE IEC 62561-2) and earth enhancing backfill (as per IEC 62561 -7. The resistivity of the backfill shall not be more than 0.02 ohm.cm). The earth-pit shall be complete with required masonry work and cast iron cover and identification board.

Earthing with copper plate electrode of size 600mm x 600 mm and 3.15 mm thick with and earth enhancing backfill (as per IEC 62561 -7). The resistivity of the backfill shall not be more than 0.02 ohm.cm). A 1/2" GI pipe shall also be provided for watering. The earth-pit shall be complete with required masonry work and cast iron cover and identification board.

Scope includes Supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Supply of cable route marker along the cable route at an interval of 30M and The marker shall be visible 600mm above the ground surface level as well as at cable bends and joints Scope includes Supply, installation, testing and commissioning.

Excavation to required width and depth (in all types of soil including rock cutting, jungle / debris clearing wherver required along the cable route) filling with 150 mm sand above and below cables and good quality approved bricks (75 mm thick) covering the cables through out the trench, back filling (after cable laying), and finally compacting as per tender specification and approved drawings, including one run of warning tape. Scope includes Supply, installation, testing and commissioning.

All works relating to statutory approvals, lesioning from competent authority like Fire authorities, PESO. Electrical Inspectorate, Renewal energy authority, signing of Power Purchase Agreement for PESO, CEA, DGMS, NEMA, SEB etc including carrying out of all required modifications in design / Manufacturer / Installation to meet the requirement of Indian Electricity rules and other statutory regulations in force, carrying out necessary paper work and liaison with the authorities to obtain all necessary clearances for charging of installation as per relevant national standards. However the official fees towards the approvals shall be reimbursed by the client for all stations.)

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kinds of works in ALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARD ROCK as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, but excluding shoring and strutting.
