REPAIR MAINT OF LIFTS AND EOT CRANES OF VARIOUS CAPACITIES INSTALLED AT TECHNICAL, MAGAZINE AT PXE AND LC AREAS AT PXE AND ITR CHANDIPUR

Servicing and maintenance of Goods cum passenger lifts in PXE technical (Total 03 nos of lift) of capacity one or two Tonne AC electric operated variable voltage variable frequency control serving for G+8/G+2/G+3 floors by replacing the trailing cable, checking of all power wiring termination, upper and lower limit switches for proper connection, Checking / adjusting guide clamp, Check all the locks functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, check all sets of screws and spring and replace where necessary so that the lever should lock the brake properly for smooth operation of lift, Repair/maintenance of all door shutters of lift by repairing / replacing unserviceable parts, complete greasing and carrying out door adjustment, guide clamp adjustment, locking system etc. for smooth functioning complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (a) Maintanace of all 03 lifts will be done on monthly basis/ 6 times during period of contract (b) All switches, contactor, door shoe, door contact, door spring, SPP, Rectifier, door roller, door lock set, LOP & COP button, Relay, gear oil, consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants are deemed to be included in rate quoted however the spare parts other than above shall be measured & paid separately. (c) The rates includes monthly mainantance charge of all five lifts and including spare parts under 1(b). (d) The visit & maintenance work shall be got executed through classic Enterprises/ Kone Elevator/OTIS Elevator and test report of each lift will be submitted to Engr-in-charge.
