Material and labour for APP modified waterproofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface complete as directed :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 4mm thick APP membrane Plain finish weight not less than 3 to 4 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap.(c) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.3kg/sqm Note : The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F glazed digital ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl cutting to required shape and size all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(d) Base frame: Common base plate with AVM pads for mounting the engine & alternator. (e) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following:(i) Start-stop switch with key,(ii) Water temperature indication,(iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication,(iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication,(v) Battery charging indication,(vi) RPM indication,(vii) Over speed indication,(viii) Low lub. (f) Safety control : Lub oil pressure trip, High water temp trip & over speed trip. Earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15 CM thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm size up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50 mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
