Distempering with oil bound washable distemper or approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Old work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer (DSR 13.41.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (Two or more coal applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface as per DSR No. 13.11.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats an old work (DSR No. 14.54.1)

Replacement by providing & fixing of M.S. sheet door of 18 guage with MS angle 25x25x3mm with MS strip 50x3mm is per site d e s i g n including cost of cutting, welding, fixing at site drilling ir existing structure with drill machine,genset welding set, painting etc. complete as per requirement of site. Sizes 6'-0" x3'-0"

Repair of existing toilet doors including providing & fixing MS sheet repair, hinges, drilling/holding, inner & outer side locking arrangements (kundi) with the help of welding set, welding rod, gen set labour and tools etc. complete

Replacement by providing and fixing water closet squatting pwater closet squatting pan (Indian type S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. Replacement by providing and placing terrace (at floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS :12/01 marked, with cover and suitablelocking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank Circular tank (DSr no.18.48)

Providing and fixing of 40mm dia stainless steel 304 grade grab rail with clamps fitting at site with fasteners welding complete in all respect
