Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell or power) complete including all electrical fittings & fixtures (DBs, submain,cables etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall , floor etc and matching with existing surface original colour of wall, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for one light/fan/exhaust fan point wiring controlled by one switch with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm (for Phase colour code Red and for Neutral colour code Black) and one run of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (FRLS) (as earth wire, colour code green) and connected to common earth dolly all as specified. , drawn through in and in existing concealed / surface PVC Conduit/ saddle medium grade, ISI marked 20 mm dia along with conduit fixing accessories and with pressed steel terminal box thickness 1.6 mm painted with one coat of black bituminous paint as a primary and two coats of enamel paint with 3 mm thick laminated sheet for provision of switches/regulators complete all as specified and directed. Note :- After rewiring cutting chasing portion should be matched with existing finishes of walls.

Supply & fixing in replacement of old u/s SPN enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with on SP MCB 25 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with using PVC insulated, FRLS, single core with strandard copper cable of size 6 Sqmm in two run and 6 Sqmm one run for earth and drawing through & including PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia medium grade ISI marked including taking down old UNSV wiring complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 3 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one running meter for the purpose of measurement and payment.

All as per item No 15 above but copper cable single core of size 4 Sqmm in two run with earth wire 4 Sqmm single run for continuity, comlete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one running meter for the purpose of measurement and payment.

S&F in replacement of old u/s wall mounting, box type, LED tube light fitting , extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and Integrated electronic driver 1x20 watt, comprising of strong jointless CRCA body with complete accessories, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of old u/s MCB DB, SPN, 8 Way, factory made, IP 42 protection class metal double door with 200 Amp rating bus bar 240 V for fixing of MCBs/Isolators/ RCCBs etc, including dismantling U/S MCB DB, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of old u/s MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 230 Volt, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old UNSV ceiling fan of any capcity from the installed area with all nuts/washers and downrod/canopy etc and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of BLDC, Energy Efficicent, ceiling Fan of Sweep size 1200mm with speed 350 RPM motor, air delivery 220 CMM, input power 28W-32W, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fans of any size as per details and cleaning the dust properly, Oiling, greasing of ball bearings including re-fixing and connecting of all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding, exhaust fan, 250 mm to 300 mm sweep, with supper enameled copper winding wire of existing size & turn with insulated materials of any make/type/model, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of ball bearing of exhaust fan of any size, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, sweep 250 mm, made up of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, copper wound, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S geyser from the installed area with all nuts/washers and connection pipe and deposit to MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing geyser of capacity 25Ltrs 2KW power rating 5star with rust proof corded electric power resources with size 36.7(W) X 51.3(h) cms with connection pipe of two set for inlet and outlet all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED bed light fitting 6/8 Watt with die cast aluminum housing with LED light fixtures driver,holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper test point, 25x6x300 mm, 4 hole with porper insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of lightning protection system as per IEC 62305 with 4 No of lightning protection counter, 8mm aluminium conductor, earthing, guying kit, no white corrosion, no red observation is required in test report with insulator and all accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for booster chemical material including Nvsader as a additive for better earthing result complete all as specified and directed.
