SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts fully automatic of capacity 08 passengers/ Goods lifts of any capacity whenever required to serve any No of floor 08 hrs daily in Two shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 & 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs including Sundays & holidays ( 2x Shifts) (reliever shall be provided to the attendent by the contractor on sundays and holidays) including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of lifts etc complete all as directed in PCDA Building:- Note:- One lift cum rescue operator (Semi-skilled) shall be employed in one bldg per shift.

NOTES FOR ITEM No 1.00 (i) List of lift attendant cum rescue operator including reliever shall be submitted along with Police verification, Educational qualification, address proof, bank account details, experience, training certificate and get approval from Engineer-in-charge before employing in work. (ii) Lift attendant cum rescue operator should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts. (iii) Payment to Lift operator shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge beforeclaiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (iv) Lift operator cum rescue operator shall report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. (v) In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vi) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator cum rescue operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (viii) In case of any necessary for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the comlaint within 30 minutes failing which penality at Rs. 500/- per hour or part therof shall be levied.

(ix) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (x) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessiated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. the quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State represntatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and memebers from department. (xi) Duty roaster for lift operator cum rescue operator should be submitted before starting of month and to be get approval from Engineer-in-charge. (xii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (xiii) Quoted rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book and all safety equipments/ Harness including cleaning materials etc which shall be included as part of contractors profit.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART Il Repairs & Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrically operated lifts Make ECE 08 Passenger capacity having duel power operated door, automatic levelling device and microprocessor based simplex collective control system with repair and replacements of unserviceable parts such as bearings,brushes all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards,door locks, control cards, door ropes, connector/ links, hall push buttons and its spares covers, rewinding of motors, welding of cracked/ broken parts repair replacement of door safety edge working at any principal and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock magnetic lock or contact COP buttons, Hall push buttons, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill,shaft wiring cables, cabin light, cabin fan, repairs/fixed of brocken granite cladding with edge chamfered / rounded match with exisitng with cement by mortar 1:4 complete including mirror, red/green carpet in cabin complete etc including necessary wiring and cables as per requirement for safe operation of lifts complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at PCDA Navy Bldg .(Total 02 Nos lift)

Repair / maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of automatic electrical lifts of make - Monarch 08 PS (544kg) at fleet office Building (G+6) floors having power operated doors and micro processed collective control system with VVV drive with repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door locks, control cards, connector/links, hall push buttons covers, rewinding of motor, welding of crecked/broken parts, repair/replacements of door safety edge working at any principal and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or control, COP buttons, car position indicator door sill, car door sill, shaft wiring cables, cabin fan,cabin light, painting to counter weight, painting of motors alongwith supporting channels, vaccum cleaning of lift including door track/channels, cabin fans, etc complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel landing door comprising of 02 No power operated centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel with header and connecting assembly complete having hair line finish flush type panel of thickness 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304 grade) flush type panels for lifts at PCDA Bldg complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing emergency alarm system hooter assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card, battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control electric connection with suitable size copper conductor wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repairs LED light 6 watt square/circle type having efficiency not less than 100 lumen/ watt fixed in existing false ceiling with suitable size copper conductor wiring complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing & testing in repairs COP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm nonstop door closer door open, cabin fan, cabin light stop attendant out key etc in and including of 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs landing push button box complete made out of stainless steel plate 18 SWG including push buttons and combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location: PCDA Bldg

Supply & fix in repairs maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12VDC,18AH for each ARD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with copper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size stranded copper cable complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repairs INFRA RED safety edge with power unit fitted on car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply & fix in repairs steel wire rope, 13mm dia ungalvanised, 8/19 construction including connection with counter weight, pulley and car cabin etc.conforming to IS 14665 latest, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repairs steel wire governer rope 08 mm dia ungalvanised, 8/19 construction,including making necessary Proper connection with machine room and shaft pit with clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs cabin fan non-oscillating type axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep, 240 Volts ISI mark with aluminium powder coated grill complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multi stranded copper conductor 0.75 Sqmm & 01 Sqmm for earthing, 1100volts grade drawing through and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24Swg) up to ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc including duly earthed at all points suitable for Lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repairs ARD control system suitable for passenger/ goods lift with 10.0 HP motor including PC cards / diaods, including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs travelling cable PVC insulated 16core flat/round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75Sqmm conforming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connectiion with Mid way junction and other connection required in circuit for passenger & Goods Lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repairs automatic door drive unit with 1.0 HP motor, VVVF Drive car top drive to match with existing system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply & fixing in repairs car door comprises of 01 No 900mm power operated panel made out of stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304 grade ), horizontal sliding, flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories including necessary connections complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The flooring shall be covered with 3 mm thick aluminium chequered plate, overload sensing machine, DO and Don't board, capacity plate etc complete all as per manufacturers technical specification suitable for 8/13 Passanger capacity lift.

Supply & fixing in repairs hall push button assemby including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED dot matrix display with LPI/LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface suitable for 08 PS lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 7.5-10 HP capacity, disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor from existing position, removing nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop including following :- (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with machine, connect all electric/earth connection nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. (g) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for electrical disconnecting, dismantling of motor,transportation to workshop,repairing & re-installation in position.

NOTE : The tenderer shall visit the site of work with prior permission of GE and ascertain the actual make, model of plant/eqpts and conditions of the plants and scope of work. Make and capacity of items of sapres of crane shall be same size and make of existing.
