Replacement description of tops (1.01 to 1.09): Taking out unserviceable top from Table and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick MDF board with both side laminated sheet including 4mm thick teak wood edging around the top duly polished all as directed. Fixing the same with the help of necessary screw/ nut bolts all as specified in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

Painting Description (for item No 2.01 to 2.25) : M&L preparation old painted steel surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer then applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/black/ white/grey (as directed) with spray gun or by manual brush and roller as per requirement in appropriate shade complete including S&F hard rubber shoe where ever required all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L welding throughout in broken joints of frame and other steel section of chair and desk for junior, middle and senior level etc. Welding at one broken point will be counted as one point.

S&F hard PVC Shoe/ring shall be screwed to legs of chair and desk all type and as per drawings.

Chair Glamour without cup holder ( Description for item 5.01 to 5.10) :- Removing of old unserviceable Leatherette Rexin cloth/tapestry cloth from seat and back of Chair Glamour without cup holder and S&F new tapestry cloth duly upholstered/stiched with foam and mesh polyyster fabric (Inner lining cloth) as shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engineer in charge. Note : (i) The rate of tapestry shall be not less than Rs. 350 per meter. (ii) The rate of Leatherette Rexin cloth shall be not less than Rs. 370 per meter.

S&F Tapestry cloth cover duly stiched for neck rest of chair. Size and colour as approved by engineer in charge

Removing of old unserviceable arm rest from Chair Glamour without cup holder and S&F new arm rest as shown on drawing.

S&F 25 mm square MS pipe duly painted black and welded to arm rest for supporting. Welding to be done with excellent workman ship and it as directed. Note :- Due care shall be taken while welding work to avoid any welding burnt spots and spills on upholstry. contractor shall liable to replace the entire upholstry and burnt part of chair damaged during welding and painting.

Minor repairing of Chair Glamour without cup holderand S&F necessary parts i.e. Springs, bolts, nuts, screws, fastners, bushes etc to make it completly serviceable.

S&F as in repair seat-rest assembly shall be made up to 15mm thick marine plywood shall be upholstered with foam mesh polyyster fabric and moulded palyurethane foam with interior moulded seat cover, the seat shall be auto tip up type and shall fold when not in use seat size shall be 45.0 cm (w) x 48.5cm (D) x 14.5 cm (T) approx. Note :- The work shall be carried out all as per existing provision and shall be fixed at their original location.

S&F as in repair back rest assembly shall be made up of 12mm thick marine plywood shall be uphostered with foam mesh polyster fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with interior moulded back cover, the back foam shall be designed with contoured lambal support for extra comfort the back size shall be 47.5 cm (W) x 80.0 cm (H) x 12.5 (T) approx. Note :-Plyurethane foam : The plyurethane foam (palort +isocyanate) shall be maulded with density = 48+2 kgs/m3 and hardness=20+2 on hampden machine at 25% compression. Note :- The work shall be carried out all as per existing provision and shall be fixed at their original location.

Leg frame assembly & fixing of Chair Make Godrej Glamour without cup holder : S&F as in repair frame assembly shall be fabricated from MS flat 40mm x 6mm thick and length 1' ft comforming to IS-15:738 welded with grasing member having foot prit area 286.7mmx767mm made from 6mm flat to framed component having two holes in each foot and fixed by using 10mm long ms expansing ball including necessary drilling growth with epoxy nartal ate complete is shall be black powder coated and gratted to the floor all as directed and approved by GE. Note :- The work shall be carried out all as per existing provision and shall be fixed at their original location.

Bed steel iorn hospital & Bed stead fowler type (6.01 to 6.04) Removing of unserviceable part of furniture and S&F new part made out of mild steel/SS sheet of 18/16 gauge (as per requirement of drawing) of CRCA quality duly shaped as per drawing and assembling and fixing with other member by screw and point welding as required and directed, including painting of replaced part of steel portion to match with existing.

Hot Food Trolley:-(7.01 to 7.04) Removing of unserviceable part of furniture and S&F new part made out of mild steel/SS sheet of 18/16 gauge (as per requirement of drawing) of CRCA quality duly shaped as per drawing and assembling and fixing with other member by screw and point welding as required and directed, including painting of replaced part of steel portion to match with existing.

Removing of unserviceable seat and S&F seat of size 450mm and back upholstered with polypropyene fabric of approved colour and moulded with polyurethane foam as directed and as shown in drawing.

S&F castores of 200mm swivel type as directed.

S&F puncture proof rubber type of 650 mm dia as directed.

S&F wheels (Rim) fitted with self propelling loops and break arrangementes as directed.

S&F arm rest as shown on drawing.

S&F Aluminium adjustable foot rest as shown on drawing.

Patient trolley :- Removing of unserviceable castores and S&F castores of 200mm swivel type duly shaped as per drawing and assembling and fixing with other member by screw/nut bolts and point welding as required and directed, including painting of replaced part of steel portion to match with existing Patient trolley.

Repair to cushioned chairs (10.01 to 10.08) :- Removing of old unserviceable tapestry cloth including foam from seat and back of Chair and S&F new polyurethene foam of 50-55kg/m cube density duly upholstered with tapestry cloth of superior quality and smoothening polishing and painting on wooden and steel portion of the item to match with existing colour as approved by Engineer in charge and fixed as shown on drawing.

Taking out unserviceable seat of Chair executive, Chair Revolving and S&F new seat (12 mm th hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 40 density. with PVC lipping all around to them in all respect of Make : Godrej or equivalent including necessary nut bolts and washer.

Taking out unserviceable back of Chair executive, Chair Revolving and S&F new back (12 mm th hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foamof 40 density. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping all around to them in all respect of Make : Godrej or equivalent including necessary nut bolts and washer.

Removing the existing broken twin caster wheel from Chair executive, Chair Revolving ,supply and fix new fibre caster wheel Make : Godrej or equivalent

Removing of unserviceable PVC Base (5 legs) from the Chair executive, Chair Revolving and S&F new PVC base as per drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable hydraulic assy from the Chair executive, Chair Revolving and S&F new hydraulic assy with pvc couplings as per drg and directed.

Taking out unserviceable PU handle of Chair computer and S&F new handle with suitable screw/ Nut/bolts as per drg.

Repair to Couch Examination /Examination couch with cabinet(12.01 to 12.03):-

Replacement of foam sheet 1800 x 900 mm 40 density alongwith cotton layer, hession and cotton cloth duly upholstered with leatherite of best quality and approved shade by engineer-in-charge. Total height of the cushion sheet alongwith springs,foam, cotton layer and cloth hessian must be 150 mm and all as specified in drg.

Replacement of Copper plated steel springs of 100 mm dia and 10 gauge wire existing sizes.

Repairs to Desk (13.01 to 13.05)

Removing the existing unserviceable leg from desk steel and supply and fix new legs of 25 mm MS pipe of 18 gause welded to frame and prepration of surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel pait over a coat of primer as disired shade all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable frame from desk steel and supply and fix new frame of 25 mm MS pipe of 18 gause welded to leg frame and prepration of surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel pait over a coat of primer as disired shade all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable top with box drawes from desk steel and supply and fix new top with box of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable stifeener from desk steel and supply and fix new stiffeners of 25 mm MS pipe of 18 gause welded to leg frame and prepration of surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel pait over a coat of primer as disired shade all as shown on drg and as directed.

Supply and fix hard rubber/ PVC shoe to legs of desk all as shown on drg and as directed.

Repair description for Chair dining PVC (14.01 to 14.05):- Removing of u/s part and S&F new part made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) duly shaped as per drg including tightening the joints by pinning, screwing, nailing, glueing and placing every part intact all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Side/Center stiffener

M&L preparation of wooden surfaces by cleaning, scrapping through electric grinder and smoothing of surfaces with sand paper and applying one coat of French polish on the wooden part of furniture. Minor repair of tightening with fevicol/bamboo pins/ screws/nails shall be done before polishing of Chair dinning.

Repairs to metal shelves rack/Rack steel 6 Tier : Removing the existing unserviceable shelves and supply and fix new shelves made out from 1.00 mm thick CRC sheet bend to shape and fixing to racks with welding/ nut, bolts , and washers etx and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as shown on drg and as directed.(Size of shelves shall be 900 mm widex 500/520 mm deep))
