Charges for removal of Existing worn out guide channel by gas cutting in gas holder at H2 plant.
Charges for Fabrication of guide channels for guiding of inner tank in gas holder at H2 plant.
Charges for fixing of guide channels inside of the outer tank and strengthening of outer tank by M.S patch welding in gas holder at H2 plant.
Charges for purge out of hydrogen gas in the inner tank by Nitrogen gas and unloading counter weights, Draining of Seal water from outer tank. Opening the manhole of inner and outer tanks, cleaning of muddy sediments in the outer tanks. Raising and lowering of inner tank for each approach for painting closing of manhole and filling up seal water after painting, dismantling the seal pots, cleaning and reassembling works, etc., Dismantling and reconditioning of gas inlet & outlet. 50 NB valves and vent valves and reassembling works etc. Reconditioning of all counters weight pulleys ( 6 Nos.) and cleaning of wire ropes checking the operation and applying grease, etc,. purge out the air in the inner tank by Nitrogen gas and then Hydrogen gas purge in process by adding of counter weights in LP Gas holder A & B at H2 plant.
Charges for dismantling the corroded 50 NB inlet and outlet gas pipelines “C” channels & MS. Water pipelines, Flange, Bends, Tees and connected works etc for one meter at H2 Plant.
Charges for Fabrication and erection of new 50 NB CS inlet and Outlet gas pipeline and MS water pipelines, Flange, Bends, Tees and connected works etc. for one joint at H2 Plant.
