Conditions:- 1. The sample of material shall be got approved from the Engineer in charge before the supply started. 2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, Cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates. 3. The quantity will be supplied in proportionate as per direction of Engineer in charge. 4. The supplier shall submit the manufactures test report of the make/brand of supplied materials. 5. The supplier/contractor will replace the breakage of the goods/materials at his own risk and cost at the time of delivery. 6. The first lot of 1000 kg of above material will be supplied in the month from date of issue of the supply order otherwise penalty should be imposed as per NIT conditions and date of manufacturing of material should not be older than one month form date of supply. 7. Every lot should be fresh batch and date of manufacturing of material should not be older than one month from date of supply.
