Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation/ flowing/ seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, slush/ mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quarry rubbish/ stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quarry rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse M sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation at all level above/ below ground level. The rate includes all head load lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation / flowing /seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.,The rate includes, all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability. - M-15 grade plain cement concrete by using 320kg of cement . All works upto 3.00m below ground and upto floor 5 level. The rate including of pumping out all type of water due to seepage / flowing / stagnation and also working under foul condition etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering , finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG/ IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS : 1838 , including cost of primer , sealing compound in expansion joints

Providing , laying and jointing UPVC pipe of 250 mm dia (0.6Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to site lowering to the trenches laying in proper grade and alignment and placing position for discharge through the drain during construction period as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reassembling the UPVC pipe of 250mm dia by removing it from one location and fixing it at the continuous stretches for the discharge from the canal.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Making of bundwall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul / slush condition, in or under water and / or liquid mud including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
