Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Pulverised sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Pulverised sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Pulverised sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landing, pavements etc.
