SPL REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINES MAN HOLES DRAIN AND CONNECTED ITEMS FROM BLDG NO P 33 OF 1 MLI AT AUNDH MIL STN UNDER GE MH AND RH KIRKEE

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 1.5 m width and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

All as per item No 1 above but exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 3 m width.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate)in foundations filling and mass concrete.

Returning filling in including spreading watering well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick all as directed

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 m above the starting point.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of 150 mm bore and above making good the pipe and rendering disturbed surface where drain pipe have been inserted cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round as required) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and finished the surface even and smooth and reforming benching as required and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No 6 above but for 200mm dia pipe

Demolition and breaking up of unserviceable drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 150 mm dia set in cement mortar from site all as directed.

All as per item No.9 here in before but 200 mm internal dia of pipe.

M&L RCC pipes class NP-2 with socketed ends laid and jointed complete with rubber ring joints of 150mm dia. (Note :- Laying of sewage line in running sewage water & temporary diversion /plugged of existing sewage line & bailing of sewage water is the responsibility of contractor and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in the contract)

All as per item No. 12 above but 200mm dia.

All as per item 12 above but 300mm dia.

Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry exceeding 10cm in width with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) Gde C-1 and setting in CM 1:4

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 with water finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type C-1 cast in situ using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb etc including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded broken stone as in surface channel and drain incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth or cement incl forms moulds meterd/stopped ends etc.

All as per item No 21 above but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto

Demolition of cement concrete (re inforced) in manhole covers and similar suspended works and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in manhole cover including necessary form work set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M &L R C C 1 : 2 :4 type B1 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for formwork to soffits of sus-pended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) finished rough in flat surface.

Scooping & taking out sludge, sullage and foreign materials from septic tank, soak wells of any description and depth including removing and refixing of accessories and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge, sullage and foreign materials either by carrying the same in covered van/trolley outside defence land and it should be disposed off at such place which is not determinated to public health. (Note :- Depth shall be measured for payment after bailing out water and the rate quoted inclusive of cost required for bailing out water.)

Cleaning of manholes n.exc. 1.5m deep including desludging and dewatering either by mechanical pump or manually and taking out solids/semi solids, well flushing with water, removing to a distance exc. 100m but n.exc. 250m and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/lose soil for making ditches over after the sludge are deposited spreading and levelling of excavated soil in the ditches over the sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance exc. 50m and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) in a periphery of one metre around manhole complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 29 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.5 mtr and n.exc. 3.00 mtr

Desludging of 100 mm dia sewage line by roading or by other means from adjacent manhole complete all as directed by Engineer - in Charge

All as per item No. 31 here in above but 150 mm.

Disludging gully trap by taking out sludge and foreign materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L for taking out saturated broken bricks from soak well (soakage pit) and refilling with fresh broken bricks of gauge 40 to 80 mm size and disposal of rubbish/ unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50 m from site complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick sub base or similar items all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre Polished Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy and rubburised finish colour 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 under tiles incl all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
