Demolition of RCC of any descrition such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies,deck slab and in shelves and etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Use and waste of form work through finished surface of soffits of suspended slab as roof slabs, floor, lamnding and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cement concerete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggrigate) as in filling and mass concerete as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under (a) M&L 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 using 100% course sand on roof including WP @ 3% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.50ltrs/sqm on preapared and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer. (d) Supplyng and laying 3mm thick (minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3kg/sqm. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) ,ar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles retrived from dismantling iof brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) ,ar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xcm x 20 to 22 mm thick,with gray cement and no pigment machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including cement 15 mm thick scereed in CM (1:6) with and including liquid water proofing compund as per manufactures,s specifications, as in roof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for prepration of New external plastered wall surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and applyingthe following :- (a) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (b) two coat of exterior acylic emulsion by using Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Ditto- but refixing 15 mm dia ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old possition (wall,ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanise with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up or down GI tubing 20 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Ditto- but refixing 20 mm dia ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old possition (wall,ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling PVC water tanks and removing for capacity exceedin 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair 20 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with apoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20 mm bore, all as specified and as approved by GE/Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceedin 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres etc, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceedin 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 litres etc, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Demolition and breaking up or taking down PVC/AC/CI/SSW 100mm bore pipe drain pipes, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including PVC holding clamps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, any radius with access door. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays for 100mm bore of pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand mixed with integral water proofing compound trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K(Dr Fixit) on cleared RCC surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) as recommended by manufacturer. (c) Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical Pidifin 2K as per manufacturers recommendation. (d) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) as recommended by manufacturers.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 as in filling of sunken floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 40 mm GI pipe medium grade, made to shape as in spout pipe in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor etc. set & joined in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan of Orrissa pattern of approved make of size 580 mm X 440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe incl lime concrete bedding and connection to antisyphonage pipe etc including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs white Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) with fixing bolt, Plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover with aluminised hinging device, brass chromium plated Jet shower with one meter long flexible pipe including all connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repair brass chromium plated jet spray fitting with chrome plated 1.5 mtr long extendable, flexible tube, fixed to EWCcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repair Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repair PVC low level cistern of 10 ltrs capacity with top push buttion inclusive of brackets and PVC bend long type and connectin to flush pipe of any size and pattern with inlet ball valve float and handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling cast iron work of any desription and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron sand cast soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
