I) MECHANICAL WORKS: A)OPERATION: 1. Charges for providing operation staff in all locations of Bottom Ash System, Fly Ash System & Ash Slurry Disposal System of AHP of NCTPS Stage-III.
B) ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: B1)MECHANICAL WORKS: 1. Fly Ash Handling System: Attending of routine maintenance work (General Shift & Night shift) for up keeping of the Transport air compressor house and its equipments,Vacuum pump house and its connected air line and water lines up to Buffer Hoppers and EOT crane,ESP Hoppers and Ash conveying Pipes in the ESP Area and ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from ESP hopper to fly ash Buffer Hoppers and cleaning the air preheater, duct hoppers and ensuring the free and continuous flow of ash from APH hoppers and Duct hoppers to Buffer hoppers, fluidizing lines from blowers to ESP hoppers and fly ash conveying pipe lines, structures from Air lock vessel to ESP silos and its pneumatic lines, solenoid operated pneumatic valves of Air lock vessels,ESP hoppers,Fluidising pads,working platforms in above hoppers area and hopper gate valves,working platform area and its connected equipments like rotary vane feeders, dust conditioners, mixing pots, blower, sump pumps, vent filter and ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from fly ash silo to closed, open trucks and mixing pot to slurry sump.
2. Bottom Ash Handling System: Attending of routine maintenance work (General Shift & Night shift ) for up keeping of the Bottom Ash Hopper area and its equipments like Bottom Ash Hoppers, Jaw crushers,Primary stainless steel Belt Chain Conveyors(SSBCC),Clean out chain conveyor and its connected pipelines & its discharge chute,Hydraulic Power Pack for SSBCC , Accumulator Assembly for auto chain tensioning and its pipelines, Secondary transport conveyor,Clean out chain conveyor,Clinker Grinder & its discharge chute, Quenching nozzles, Flushing nozzles, Refractory cooling nozzles, Economiser hoppers & its pipelines and ensuring the free and continuous flow of ash from Eco hoppers to Intermediate surge hopper & all valves in this area,Bottom Ash Silo area and its equipments like Bottom Ash silos and ensuring the free and continuous flow of Bottom Ash from Bottom Ash Silo to closed trucks or through mixing pot to slurry sump,Vent bag filters and silo roof structures for monorail arrangement,purging air pipes and valves, LP and HP water Pumps and its connected pipelines, Dust conditioner pumps & its connected pipelines, 5 ton and 3 ton EOT Cranes,sump drain pump,Rotary vane feeder, Discharge spout for BA Silo & all valves in this area,Tertiary Stainless steel Belt Chain Conveyor and its equipments such as clean out conveyor,dampers and view glasses,Intermediate surge hopper and its equipments such as Target box, milling, vibrating screen,Air lock vessel and its auxiliaries, connected lines,valves.
3. Ash Slurry Disposal System: Routine Maintenance works in Slurry Pump House for up-keeping of the equipments, Renewal of gland packing in HP & LP Ash Water Pumps -6 nos, Ash Slurry Disposal Pumps-12 nos, HP & LP Seal Water Pumps-4 nos, Dust Conditioner Pumps 3 nos,Sump drain pump-2 nos, Renewal/tightening of V-belts in Ash Slurry Disposal Pump, Patch welding of Punctured portion for arresting of Water Leakage & Oil Leakage, tightness checking of coupling bolts and Bed bolts, Equipment’s Lubrication, Inspection of Oil level & Oil topping up in Fluid Coupling,Gear boxes,bearing housings etc. and also to assist Operation duties, in Slurry Disposal Lines like Arresting of slurry leak by patch welding, Plugging, arresting the leak by fabricated clamps etc,
B2) ELECTRICAL WORKS: (i) Motors Routine Maintenance 1. Charges for carrying walkdown check/monitoring all HT/LT AHP motors as instructed by our maintenance engineer in charge.
2. Charges for external cleaning of all 6.6kV HT motors/LT motors as directed by engineer incharge
3. Charges for preventive maintenance for 11&6.6kV HT motors 1. Checking of HT motors power cable terminal tightness at motor and space heaters 2. Measuring Winding resistance and IR value 3. Greasing of HT motors 4. Attending minor repairs an defects handling of equipments if required as directed by engineer incharge
4. Charges for preventive maintenance for 415V LT motors 7.5kW and above 1. Checking of LT motors power cable terminal tightness at motor and space heaters 2. Measuring Winding resistance and IR value 3. Greasing of LT motors 4. Attending minor repairs and defects handling of equipments if required as directed by engineer incharge
5. General Cleaning and checking of Local Push Buttons in various locations of AHP.
(ii) SWITCH GEAR : Routine and Breakdown maintenance 1. Charges for carring walk Down check/ monitor fo any abnormalities in DryType Transformer as instructed by our maintenance Engineer incharge.
2. Charges for checking of oil type Transformer rating (3 MVA) as directed by Engineer incharge.
3. Charges for carring preventive maintenance of HT Transformer such as attending minor repairs in cooler fans and pumps ,attending oil leaks and changing silica gel measurement s of each resistance and appling betonite powder in earth pits, Tightness of terminals in marshalling boxes and motor terminals blocks , checking IR Values of winding resistance of pumps and fans , oil circulating if required , oil topping up in the conserverator tank , cleaning of HV bushings and lightening arrestor and tightness checking as well,checking of IR values of the Transformers , Taking of oil samples and checking of BDV Values in Transfomer oil if required .
4. Charges for walk down and checking of switch gear(TOTAL panels / Dry type transformers).
5. Charges for External cleaning of 6.6 KV HT breakers switch gear pannels /Dry type Transformers / LT modules , WDB, MLDB's, 220 volt Bttery charger pannels and etc as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer .
6. Charges for checking the condition monitoring of mechanism and lubricating of HT breakers (6.6 KV)/ LT breakers AND checking , cleaning of fingers contactors of circuit breakers ,Tightness checking terminals.
7.Batteries: • Monitoring of all Battery Chargers & Batteries daily. • Measuring of Pilot Cell Voltage & Specific gravity for 220V, 24V & UPS Batteries. • Recording Charger voltage, Charger Amps, Battery
(iii) CABLES:ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 1. Routine checking of HT Cable route and Terminations - Walk down throughout the route of the cable to check any cable abnormalities: 1. Cable insulation damage,2. Noises in Cable joints,3. cable tray damage, 4. Rodent disturbances, 5. damage of cable dressing, 6. Trees and bushes intervention, 7. corrosion of supports,etc.
2. Charges for various sizes of LT power, control, instrumentation and lighting cables cleaning, dressing, binding and relaying in the cable trays in cable trays erection areas and cleaning the fly ash, coal dust deposit from the cable trays and binding of disturbed cables while cleaning
3. Charges for Maintenance of Ash Silo lift. Cleaning of all panels in lift, control/power modules, Battery Units and checking the tightness of terminals as per direction of Engineer incharge
(iv) Lighting : Routine maintenance 1. Charges for cleaning light fittings shades, glass, ballast and other related accessories of various rating in service in peripheral buildings once in two months
2. Charges for Monthly LDB Cleaning and tightness checking in peripheral Buildings
3. Charges for Monthly cleaning of LP box and tightness checking of terminals in peripheral Buildings
4. Charges for Complete overhauling and maintenance of Lighting DBs in Peripheral buildings
B3) ELECTRICAL MRT WORKS: 1. Charges Preventive maintenance and periodical cleaning (i.e. weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Half yearly) of protection relay compartments in 6.6 KV, 415 V Switchgear panels, Data Concentrator panels and Marshaling Box and its controls of Transformers (11/6.9kV) and Transformers (11/0.415kV) in AHP area as instructed by Engineer in charge.
2. Charges forTesting of protection relays, Transducer, TVM / Multi-function meter, Analog/Digital Meters and replacing defective Relays, transducers and meters if required, CT terminal tightness checking in 11 kV, 6.6kV, 415 V switchgear panels and Marshalling box of Transformers (11/6.6kV) & (11/0.4515kV) as instructed by Engineer in charge.
3. Charges for Checking the AC & DC control circuits, identifying the defective parts and rectification at in 11KV, 6.6 KV, 415 V Switchgear panels, Control Panels of DG-1 & 2, Data Concentrator panels and Marshaling Box and its controls of Transformers (11/6.9kV) and Transformers (11/0.415kV) in AHP area as instructed by Engineer in charge.
4. Charges for daily walk down to 11kV, 6.6 kV, 415V switchgears, incomers and bus coupler panels, Data concentrator to check the healthiness of relay, meters and record the electrical parameters.
5. The work shall include providing necessary Tools & Plants, Hot Air blower, portable vacuum cleaner, Consumables like Cotton / Baniyan waste, Metal / Wire brush for Cleaning, Covers for wrapping actuators, general-purpose cleaning, lubricating and rust removing agents, PU Foam for plunging holes/gaps, etc. for Entire period of routine maintenance works. Trolley for handling and transporting materials for Store / Pocket store to work spot.
B4) C&I WORKS: 1. Charges for cleaning of outer portion of the Junction Boxes, field instruments like Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, DPT & gauges, Solenoid/ Control Valves, PLC panels, UPS panels, VMS panels checking and cleaning of all the above without disturbing the system operation by carring out daily walkdown. Arresting holes in cable entries inside the panels listed above, if required, to avoid dust accumulation. Attending minor repairs if any, ensuring proper closing of JBs/panels including consumables under the technical guidance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 25 operations Per month.
2. Charges for checking healthiness of automation system of PLC A&B in Ash Handling System OWS, OEWS, LVS and printers, checking healthiness of control room network, Panel networks, other systems interfacing networks and attending minor rectification if required, attending to the network (OWS,OEWS,LVS, printers) functionality issues reported by the operators and rectification of the same including consumables under the guidance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 2 operations per month
3. Charges for checking functionality healthiness of UPS system in Ash Handling System, attending the minor rectification works, attending the UPS functionality issues reported by the operators and rectification of the same including consumables under the Technical gudiance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 1 operations per month.
4. Charges for cleaning of batteries in Ash Handling Plant,checking pilot cell reading by carrying out daily walk down and duly entering in the battery maintenance register including consumables under the Technical gudiance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 25 operations per month
5. Charges for carrying out monthly maintenance of battery banks and respective Battery Health montioring system, measuring battery bank & individual cell voltages, measuring specific gravity for individual cells and duly entering in the battery maintenance register, checking the tightness of inter cell connectors and total outgoing cable system, top-up of distilled/DM water in battery cells and attending the minor rectification works, in the battery bank including consumables under the Technical gudiance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 1 operation per month.
6. Charges for carry out preventive maintenance/minor repair works of field instruments and checking healthiness of all field instruments like transmitters, RTD, Thermocouples, Pressure/temperatur gauges & switches, all Solenoid/ Control Valves, and their dispaly units, physical condition at local and attending to the minor rectification works, attending to the instruments functionality issues reported by the operators and rectification of the same including consumables under the Technical gudiance of TANGEDCO Engineers. 2 operations per month
7. Charges for attending minor repair works in impulse lines, JBs, when necessary with all welding equipments Isolation of the damaged portion/impulse line circuits as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer-in-charge, removal of lines, damaged portions by welding/cutting or by manually which ever is applicable, replacing the end ferrules , repainting the lines with anticorrosive paint. Refixing/modifying the ciruits with healthy materials by welding or manully with necessary arrangements, ensuring proper work completion and re-insertion of the circuit with healthy conditions including consumables under the technical guidance of TANGEDCO Engineers. One operation per month
8. Charges for attending C&I cable fault in all AHP areas from Instruments, panels, motors, solenoid/control valves, local JBs and other equipments tracing the healthiness of cable up to control room including consumables under the technical guidance of TANGEDCO Engineers. Approx. 10 faults per month.
9. Charges for drawing required length of C&I cables from stores, transporting to the site, laying at required site, clamping the cable in the respective cable tray, termination at both ends, providing necessary ferrules, cable tags etc. and releasing the damaged/ faulty cable, tranporting to the section office for devolution including consumables under the technical guidance of TANGEDCO Engineers.
10. Charges for dismantling of 10nos instruments from the field, transporting for C&I lab for calibration , after calibration transporting back to the field and assembling at the respective location.
11. Charges for providing Technical Assistance to the C&I TANGEDCO Engineer during night hours to attend defects/any discrepancies in the instruments readings noticed /reported by the respective operator and rectifying the same in the entire location of ICHS and ACHS. (25 operations per month)
C) BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE: C1) FOR FLY ASH SYSTEM PER UNIT: ESP AND BUFFER HOPPER AREA: 1. Charges for Removal of ash chock from ESP Hopper and ash discharge pipes and fittings: This work involves dismantling the ash discharge valve, Cast iron “T” piece,sleeve coupling and by poking and tapping of ESP Hopper remove the ash choking and then assembling the ash discharge valve ,cast-iron “T” piece and sleeve coupling after removing of chock from ESP Hoppers, APH and Duct hoppers.
2. Charges for removal of ash chock in buffer hopper: This work involves dismantling the Ash intake gate valve above the Air lock vessel and removal of ash choke by poking and tapping the buffer hopper . Assembling the Ash intake valve after removal of choking in the buffer hopper
3. Charges for Dismantling the Pneumatic operated valve size of 100NB. This work involves transporting the valve from stores to work site, dismantling the vent/balancing line in Air lock vessel, replacing the damaged/defective valve and fixing vent piping.
4. Charges for Replacing of Pneumatic operated gate valve size of 150NB/200NB and manual isolation valve 150NB/200NB. This work involves transporting the valve from stores to work site, dismantling the cast iron “T” piece, sleeve coupling and valve. Assembling the new valve, sleeve coupling and cast iron “T” piece after replacing the damaged/defective valve/manual isolation valve.
5. Charges for Dismantling of the Pneumatic operated valve size of 250NB. This work involves transporting the valve from stores to work site, dismantling the spool piece, sleeve coupling and valve. Assembling the new valve, sleeve coupling and spool piece after replacing the damaged/defective valve
6. Charges for Dismantling of the Pneumatic operated valve size of 300NB/manual isolation valve 300NB. This work involves transporting the valve from stores to work site, dismantling the valve and replacing the defective valve with new valve.
7. Charges for Replacing of Pneumatic operated valve size of 350NB. This work involves transporting the valve from stores to work site, dismantling the damaged/defective valve replacing the defective valve with new valve.
8. Charges for Inspection of ESP buffer hoppers/bag filter chambers manually by opening the inspection door,removing the purging air pipes,fittings and valves,removing the choked bags with cages from bag filter chamber, mobilising the choked bag filters manually from 12m elevation to ground floor, cleaning the choked bag filters with compressed air, identifying the damaged bag filters and Replacing the damaged/defective bag filters with new one,assembling the bag filters with cage,positioning in the bag filter chamber, refixing the inspection door and purging air pipings, fittings and valves for bringing in to service. i) DATA for Inspection and removal of defective Bag Filters from 1 No Buffer hopper.ii) DATA for separating the bag filters from its cage,mobilising the defective bag filters to ground floor from 12 m,cleaning the bags by compressed air, identifying the defective and attending any repair in the cages (for 1 No Buffer hopper) iii) DATA for assembling the bag filters with cages,mobilising manually to 12m elevation,positioning the assembled bag filters in their respective chamber, closing the inspection door and fixing the purging air pipings (for 1 No Buffer hopper).
9. Charges for Renewal of damaged/broken fluidized pad in ESP Hopper and Buffer hopper in ESP area
TAC HOUSE AND VACCUM PUMP HOUSE: 10. Charges for Renewal of damaged/wornout internals like shaft/impeller/bearing/wear rings/shaft sleeve/locknut by removing the seal water and air piping,decoupling the vacuum pump from motor, dismantling the pump casing, internals and inspecting the shaft/impeller/bearing/wear rings/shaft sleeve/locknut and replacing the damaged/wornout internals if any and reassembling the vaccum pump.i) Labour Charges for dismantling vacuum pump 1 No.ii. Labour Charges for assembling , Aligning with motor and commissioning the vacuum pump 1 No.
11. Charges for Renewal of damaged/wornout internals like Shaft/Twin lobe/Bearing/Locknut in blower: decoupling the blower from motor,removing the suction filter, dismantling the casing, internals and inspecting the Shaft/Twin lobe/Bearing/Locknut,Identifying the defect and replacing the wornout internals if any and reassembling the blower.i) Labour Charges for dismantling 1 No blower.ii. Labour Charges for assembling,aligning with motor and commissioning the blower.
FLY ASH SILO AND ITS EQUIPMENTS: 12. Charges for Removal of Ash Choke from fly ash silo mixing pot and ash slurry discharge line, This work involves isolating the manual and pneumatic operated gate valve, opening the mixing pot man holes,removal of choke by poking and tapping and cleaning the flushing Nozzles in the mixing pot.
13. Charges for dismantling the flushing water pipe of mixing pot and replacing the defective flushing nozzles with new nozzles.
14. Charges for Renewal of damaged/wornout internals like Shaft/Twin lobe/Bearing/Locknut in blower: decoupling the blower from motor,removing the suction filter, dismantling the casing, internals and inspecting the Shaft/Twin lobe/Bearing/Locknut,Identifying the defect and replacing the wornout internals if any and reassembling the blower.i) Labour Charges for dismantling 1 No blower.ii.Labour Charges for assembling,aligning with motor and commissioning the blower 1 No.
15. Charges for Replacement of plumber block/Bearings/Sleeves in the ash conditionor.
16. Charges for Renewal of damaged/broken fluidized pad in Fly ash silo.
17. Inspection of Fly ash silo bag filter chambers manually by opening the inspection door,removing the purging air pipes,fittings and valves,removing the choked bags with cages from bag filter chamber, mobilising the choked bag filters manually from 37m elevation to ground floor, cleaning the choked bag filters with compressed air, identifying the damaged bag filters and Replacing the damaged/defective bag filters with new one,assembling the bag filters with cage,positioning in the bag filter chamber, refixing the inspection door and purging air pipings, fittings and valves for bringing in to service. i) DATA for Inspection and removal of defective Bag Filters from 1 No Fly Ash Silo, ii) DATA for separating the bag filters from its cage,mobilising the defective bag filters to ground floor from 37 m,cleaning the bags by compressed air, identifying the defective and attending any repair in the cages (for 1 No Fly ash silo),iii) DATA for assembling the bag filters with cages,mobilising to 37m elevation,positioning the assembled bag filters in their respective chamber, closing the inspection door and fixing the purging air pipings (for 1 No Fly ash silo)
C2) BREAK DOWN MAINTENANCE OF BOTTOM ASH SYSTEM: 1. Dismantling of the worn-out/Damaged plate segment of Stainless steel belt conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors after releasing the chain tension and positioning the new/reconditioned plate segment and adjusting the conveyor belt tension and normalizing the system and defective plate segment if any to be devoluted to stores.
2. Renewal of the worn-out/elongated Chain links/Chain Couplers/Bar connector with bolts of clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors and normalizing the system and worn-out Chain links/Chain Couplers/Bar connector devoluted to stores.
3.Dismantling of the worn-out/Damaged drive/driven shaft Assembly of Stainless steel belt conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors after releasing the belt tension and positioning the new/reconditioned drive/driven shaft Assembly and adjusting the chain tension and normalizing the system and wornout components if any to be devoluted to stores.
4. Dismantling of the worn-out/Damaged drive/driven shaft Assembly of clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors after releasing the chain tension and positioning the new/reconditioned drive/driven shaft Assembly and adjusting the chain tension and normalizing the system and released wornout component if any to be devoluted to stores.
5. Renewal of damaged Plummer block with Bearing in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors, for drive and driven shaft after releasing the clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor tension, shifting plumber block, assembling new plumber block and bearing, positioning pulley, normalizing the clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor tension and conducting the trial run (plumber block will be supplied by Board).
6. Renewal of damaged Plummer block with Bearing in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors, for drive and driven shaft after releasing the SS belt conveyor tension, shifting plumber block, assembling new plumber block and bearing, positioning pulley, normalizing the SS belt tension and conducting the trial run (plumber block will be supplied by Board).
7. Clearing of chocked ash in Economiser hoppers at 21m level and its discharge line from eco hopper to Air lock vessel by dismantling the adapter and poking, reassembling the adapter,clearing of chock in Air lock vessel at 13m level and its conveying pipe from Air lock vessel to Intermediate surge hopper.
8. Dismantling of the worn-out/Damaged Scrapper Bar of clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors after releasing the clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor tension, shifting scrapper bar, assembling new scrapper bar, normalizing the clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor tension and conducting the trial run (plumber block will be supplied by Board). wornout Scrapper Bar to be devoluted to stores.
9. Dismantling of the failed Gear Box for clean out Scrapper Chain Conveyor in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors,draining oil, inspection and renewal of wornout internals,bearings and oil seals, cleaning of gear teeth, refilling of oil, and reassembling the gear box internals,positioning Gear Box,aligning and normalizing the system.wornout components to be devoluted to stores.
10. Dismantling of the failed Gear Box for SS BELT CONVEYOR in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors,draining oil, inspection and renewal of wornout internals,bearings and oil seals, cleaning of gear teeth, refilling of oil, and reassembling the gear box internals,positioning Gear Box,aligning and normalizing the system.wornout components to be devoluted to stores.
11. Inspection and Renewal of the worn-out/damaged Internals in Clinker grinder such as Rollers, spur gears, sleeve, Dismantling bearing housing, Replacing the wornout bearings, oil seals, 'O'rings etc, and normalizing the system.wornout components to be devoluted to stores.
12. Inspection and Renewal of failed Gear Box of Clinker Grinder by dismantling of all internals, cleaning of gear teeth, draining and refilling of oil, renewal of bearings and oil seals and reassembling the gear box and normalizing the system.wornout components to be devoluted to stores.
13. Dismantling the wornout drive motor from head shaft assembly of SSBC/Clean out scrapper chain conveyor after removing power cable, fixing up of new motor with head shaft assembly, reconnecting the power cable.devoluting scrap if any to stores.
14. Dismantling the failed Hydraulic pump for power pack of SSBC and Clean out scrapper chain conveyors after lifting the motor and fixing of new hydraulic pump, draining the contaminated oil ,cleaning the oil chamber, refilling with new oil, carry out oil flushing ,conducting the trail run after mounting motor and normalizing the system.
15. Attending the oil leakages in hydraulic hoses /pipe lines in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary conveyors by replacing/ welding the failed pipe including oil flushing, conducting trail run and normalizing the system.

17. Dismantling of failed Hydraulic Cylinder for Bottom Ash Hopper Jaw crusher after removing all connected hydraulic hoses/ pipes, fixing of new/reconditioned hydraulic cylinder and its connected hoses/pipes and ensuring smooth operation of BAH Jaw crusher.
18. Dismantling of motor,Lifting logs,Vibrating exciter,Liner, Sleeve plate and maintenance door and rectifying defects, reassemblying the above components, Conducting trial run and ensuring smooth operation of vibrating screen and normalizing the system.
19. Dismantling of cover plate,motor,Liner,Sleeve plate, maintenance door, adjusting mechanism, working door, circular ring, Ring gear, Hammer mill case, Flywheel and coupler and rectifying defects, reassemblying the above components, Conducting trial run and ensuring smooth operation of Hammer mill and normalizing the system.
20. Dismantling the failed Hydraulic pump in power pack for Tensioning of SSBC and cleanout scrapper chain conveyor,draining the contaminated oil and refilling with new oil, carrying out oil flushing, fixing of new hydraulic pump and ensuring effective operation of tension assembly of SSBC and Clean out scrapper chain conveyor and normalizing the system.
21. Dismantling the failed equipments/internals in Hydraulic Power Pack for SSBCs such as relief valve, proportional valve, control valve etc., and fixing of new equipments/ internals and conducting the trial run and normalizing the system.
22. Dismantling the pump, Inspection,Renewal of damaged/wornout internals in HP water pump such as impeller, shaft, wear plate, shaft sleeves, bearings, gland, gland packing, gasket etc, conducting trial run and normalizing the system.
23. Dismantling the pump, Inspection, Renewal of damaged/wornout internals in LP water pump such as impeller, shaft, latern ring, wear ring, shaft sleeves, bearings, gland, gland packing, gasket etc, conducting trial run and normalizing the system.

28. Removing of chock due to ash and clinkers in the Mixing pot and discharge pipe lines from Bottom Ash Silos to slurry sump at slurry pump house and normalizing the system.
C3) Electrical -Breakdown maintenance 1. Charges for removing the damage and replacing the power circuit and control circuit wiring in juction box, pendant fastoon trolley remodification work, replacing the damaged push buttons and wiring work in pendant of cranes/hoists of various kW ratings
2. Charges for transportation and erection of spare 415V LT 90kW and above motor from stores and unloading of spare motor from stores to location. Shifting of repaired motor from location to repair bay as directed but engineer incharge
3. Removing motor coupler from old motor and refixing in new spare 415V LT 90kW and above motor as directed by engineer incharge.
4. Charges for of LT motors ranging from 0.37kw to 1.5 kW-replacement of new terminal block, New bearings, cooling fan and fan cover , enshield metalizing , Machining and restacking the statorincluding consumables and T&P items (Bearing to be supplied by the contractor)
5. Charges for of LT motors ranging from1.5kw to 3.7kW-replacement of new terminal block, New bearings, cooling fan and fan cover , enshield metalizing , Machining and restacking the statorincluding consumables and T&P items (Bearing to be supplied by the contractor)

2. Charges for dismantling/relaying , of various sizes of LT power, control cables and instrumentation cables from various locations.
3. Charges for Straight through joint of 1) 1CX 16 / 35/ 120/400/630 sqmm. 2) 2CX2.5/4/6/10/25/50/95 3) 3C X 2.5/10/16/25/50/95/150/185/240 4) 4CX10 sq.mm Armoured Aluminium Power cable.
(iii) Lighting : Breakdown maintenance 1. Charges for attending circuit fault of light fittings and receptacles at various locations / elevations of peripheral buildings with required T&Ps
2. Charges for Defective replacement /Repairing of light fittings shades, glass, ballast and other related accessories of various rating in service in peripheral buildings.
3. Charges for replacement/repairing of burnt/failed MCBs in LP boxes in peripheral Buildings
4. Charges for rewiring of LP including dismantling in peripheral Buildings whenever main fault occurs.
5. Charges for replacement/repairing of worn-out / damaged junction box in peripheral/street lights, light fittings shades, glass, ballast and other related accessories of various rating like 200W are in service in Plant street lights, LED fitting in plant street light, identification/attending of fault in LT cables of Street lights including excavation of pit, releasing the fault cables.
