Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbishes off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC, (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor 10 HP to 15 HP capacities from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Spare parts if required will be measured and paid separetely. 2. If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him, the penal recovery of Rs 500/- per day will be recovered from his payment due and the same will be repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost.

Labour for opening the electric induction motor 10 HP to 15 HP capacity including taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge , weight etc. including all other insulating material to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed . Note: 1. Spare parts if required will be measured and paid separetely. 2. If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him, the penal recovery of Rs 500/- per day will be recovered from his payment due and the same will be repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost.

Disconnecting and de-coupling the centrifugal pump 10 HP to 15 HP capacity from foundation after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc including transporting the pump to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts, packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Spare parts if required will be measured and paid separetely. 2. Opening the monoblock motor and pump upto capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP , taking down/out the burnt winding wire and cleaning the slots including rewinding the monoblock motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. and repairing the pump by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position including all other insulating material complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and spare parts of pump shall be measured and paid separetely

S&F for 0.5 HP pressure pump , suction size 25mm, delivery size 25mm, 6mtr minimum head, single phase, 220 VOLTS , 50 Hzz including automatic switch ON/OFF, when tap is used including electric connection from nearest DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and assembling super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge suitable upto 25 HP capacity of centrifugal, monoblock, inducation and submersible motors complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern or scheme, on centrifugal pump & motor of any capacity rating 5-20 HP, scratching the rusted and suction/ delivery pipeline including NRV and sluice valve, MS base channel including preparation of surfaces by scratching and removing the rust complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS base channel of size as exists including cutting, welding and making hole including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS foundation bolts with nuts and washers, size 20mm dia , 250 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 4.00 sqmm, single core FRLS PVC insulated industrial grade copper conductor wire of following size, 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 6.00 sqmm, single core FRLS PVC insulated industrial grade copper conductor wire of following size, 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated FRLS, round sheathed, copper conductor wire of 2.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement moulded case circuit breakers (MCCB), 4 pole, 100 Amps with breaking capcity 16 KA , 415 volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter type with sheet metal encloser MN 25 FASD complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconneting of electrical connection from the panel board, and starter of submersible pumping set of any model / make size 10 HP to 20 HP capacity and removing the pipe line connection from discharge side and taking out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to Workshop and back after repair and lowering of same pumping bore well including replacement of rusted nuts bolts rubber gasket etc to make it fully functional, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening the submersible motor & pump set of capacity 25 HP including taking down/out the burnt winding wire cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, weight etc, repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts including machine/ lathe work and re-assembling the pump set in original position with required insulating material to make it fully functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 29 item but capacity 20 HP.

Material and labour in repair for submersible pump set capacity 15 to 25 HP capacity with as per existing parts of pump to achieve the specified /required RPM including taking out unserviceable parts and removing the pipe line connection from dischargeside and taking out submersible pump set alongwith column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop and back after repair and lowering of same opening borewell including replacement of rusted nut bolts rubber gasket etc to make it fully functional , testing complete all as specified and ad directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for painting of submersible pump set of size 2 HP to 20 HP with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide primer comete all as specified and ad directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material & labour for replacement of heavy duty GI nipple 300 mm long and 100 mm bore with flange welded on both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for replacement of heavy duty GI nipple 300 mm long and 80 mm bore with flange welded on both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing water proof submersible cable of 6 sqmm 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Pipe column pipe heavy grade, 100 mm bore 3 mtrs long coupled with heavy grade suitable size of MS flanges 16mm thick duly welded on both sides as directed including necessary nut and bolts with washers & rubber packing required at site condition and lowered in to the bore well including taking out old unserviceable Column pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (length of each column pipe shall be 3 Mtrs) (Note : - taking out and Lowering of Submersible pump set shall be measured and paid under respective item)

Note :- Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and spare parts of pump shall be measured and paid separetely.

S&F in repair bracing, supports, cleats, clamp, etc as per existing size and thickness fabricated from stuructural steel such as angles, flat, channel, etc as required for pressed steel tank & staging at 12 m to 15 m height including cutting, drilling holes, welding as necessary to suit the site requirement and including two coats of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 5mm thick including taking out jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from 10000 gallons over head pressed steel tank installed at 12 to 15 m high staging for repair, cleaning, replacement of unserviceable plates, etc and removing unserviceable plates from site and keeping serviceable plates, bolts & nuts in safe custody for reuse in work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F for factory made pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 5mm thick placed on existing position at 12 m to 15 m high staging of over head water tank including necessary jointing/connecting materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound with & including (new) mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required at site to make the joints perfectly leak proof all as per manufacturer's insturctions including testing of water tightness of the tank complete and including painting with two coats lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water internally over a coat of primer and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable pressed steel plate obtained from item No 108 above after necessary repair, adjustment, cleaning, washing etc and connecting with jointing materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound, bolts, nuts & washers etc as required to make the joints perfectly leaf proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Old serviceable bolts & nuts obtained from item No 108 above shall be reused after cleaning. (b) New bolts, nuts & washers wherever required as a replacement of old one as directed by the Engr-in-Charge shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under relevant item.

Dismantling existing pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 3.75m x 3mm thick including taking out jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from 10000 gallons over head pressed steel tank installed at 12 to 15 m high staging for repair, cleaning, replacement of unserviceable plates, etc and removing unserviceable plates from site and keeping serviceable plates, bolts & nuts in safe custody for reuse in the work all complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F for factory made pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 3.75m x 3mm thick, placed on existing position at 12 m to 15 m high staging of over head water tank including necessary jointing /connecting materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound with and including machine made (new) bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required at site to make the joints perfectly leaf proof all as per manufacturer's instructions and including painting with two coats of lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of old joints of plates in position by unscrewing the jointing bolts, taking out jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool, gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new machine made bolts, nuts, washers as per existing size, gasket, lead wool, bituminous compound suitable for portable water and MS cleats wherever required complete to make the existing defective joints perfectly leak proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : New bolts, nuts & washers wherever required as a replacement of old one as directed shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under relevant item.

M&L for fabrication, installation, connection and testing of glow sign LED 2D board of size 12 feet x 3 feet complete with acrylic raise alongwith LED pasted on ACP rectangular shape mounted on appropriate structure fixed with GI/MS pipe structure as per site requirements fixed with nut and bolts and writing words as directed by Engr-in -Charge at the time of execution with wiring of circuit with copper cable including electric connection for board . Approval for design of the sign board shall be taken by contractor from Accepting officer at the time of execution complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one.
