M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1Kg/Sqm of size 50mmX50mm of 2.6mm dia on the prepared surface & surface should be cleaned and be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for applying Polyster Resin based Anchoring material in concrete before fixing nozzle it should typically attains a compressive strength in excess of 20N/mm @ 3 hours and and ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm in 7 days (50mm x 50mm x 50mm)when tested as per BS 6319 Part 2 : 1983as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of primer slurry prior to the application of the repair mortar having multiple corrosion inhibiting synergies and which is a blend of pc graded fillers corrosion inhibiting additive and re-dispersible polymers in powder form mixed with water for application by brush to coat the reinforcement/steel within 10mm of the finish surface and where chlorides are present so as to achieve adhesion bond strength of 1 MPa to steel. Pot life of 0.5 hr @ 30°C. It shall be workable for not more than 15 minutes at same temperature. The mixed density shall be not more than 2.05. The water/powder ratio shall be 0.3 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 20mm shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified , impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar with alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking complies ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/sqmm, tensile strength @ 7days (ASTM C 307)> 3 N/sqmm, compressive strength of 35MPa at 7 day and 45MPa at 28 days, at the outer or inner RCC which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02 cement sand can be used for finishing purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of two component amine cured epoxy mastic coating using Light brush blasting using nonmetallic abrasive leaving a clean, rough and even pattern.it should be based on a 100% epoxy formulation and contains no solvents or water diluents. Apply two coats with brush or squeeze to the existing surface, working well into the substrate.it should achieve Compressive Strength of >70 MPa after 14days, having pot life, minutes at 27⁰C, 100 g >40 mass as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for providing and spraying polyamine cured epoxy coating incorporating a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system compound over the plastered surface. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration, thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. It shall have a specific gravity of 1.02 and the minimum application temperature shall be 10°C and the strength of concrete complies with the internationally recognised ASTM C309-90 standards typically within the range of 200 to 285 ml/sqm, SG - 1.02 including all tools and tackles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for Sprinkling sand particles of saturant making mechanical key, over which applying Single component, fiber reinforced cementitious repair mortar which is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking for a thickness of 10 mm. water ratio of which shall be 0.16, 28 days compressive strength shall be 30 MPa,mixed density shall be 2.18 kg/ltr, flexural strength shall be 6 MPa for 7 days and tensile strength for 7 days shall be more than 2MPa.Its adhesion bond strength shall be greater than 2 MPa with creep strain reduction of 8%.Single component, fiber reinforced cementitious repair mortar.cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. The modulus of elasticity of this product shall be 23-26 KN/mm² complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coat of mixture of two monomer unsaturated liquid hydrocarbon , gaseous hydrocarbon and polymesrized them to get the high polymer dispersion emulsion successfully bonded to mortar, to improve adhesion to concrete, better durability, reduced shrinkage and increased flexibility and resistant to emulsification in damp condition modified Ensuring no porosity in new/old surface, temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, Resist to penetration of CO2 4.600 micron , compressive strength (11.5 N/mm2) at 3days strength - 11.5 (N/sqmm ) and at 28 days - 25.30N/sqmm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 3 coats of corrosion inhibiting, polymer matrix with excellent mechanical properties such as adhesion and elongation as waterproofing barrier coating. It should be non toxic and non-re-emulsifying. Should conform to JIS Z 1535 and IS-3085 and DIN-1048. having Hardness - Shore 'D' scale of 20,wet density of 1.66 g/cc, flexibility at low temperatures, tensile strength > 0.4 MPa, Elongation > 20%, adhesion to substrate greater than 1.5 N/mm², waterproofing to withstand 330 KPa positive pressure and 160 KPa negative pressure, Mixing should be done by electric rotary mixers. The substrate should be free of laitance, loose concrete, dust, oil etc. if applied on screed or any other cementitious surface the surface should be properly cured prior to application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Note for item No. 65 to 77 :- The work for items Srl No 65 to 77 shall be executed directly by manufacturer or through their authorized and qualified applicators of any following manufacturer only. M/s Fosroc chemicals, M/s Thermax Limited, M/s BOSTIK India Pvt limited, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa India Ltd.

The contractor shall submit performance guarantee certificate for structural repair/leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years from the certified date of completion.

The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto 15 mtr height from natural ground level.

The defect liability period for the structural repair work shall be 05 (five) years from the certified date of completion of work.

A security deposit of value equal to 2.5% of the rate quoted against each item shall be retained from Final bill payment due to the contractor for the defect liability period.

The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking up or down of water pipe, tanks, wires etc found on roof or other working areas and re-fix same at the original position after completion of work.

Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmet, netting etc are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 15 mtr shall be mandatory & deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

M&L Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material & cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface with rich cement mortar 1:3 , finished fair & even and making good with existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding.

M&L Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm dia main line from 1st manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desludging, descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV /LMV/HMV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same out side MD land and deposit where the place marked by the local municipality, complete all as directed.

Attending day to day complaints of different type of sewage work such as removing blockage of WCs, floor traps, Nahani traps, Gully traps, CI/PVC pipes all types any size, any height top to bottom including junction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage from nahani traps of bathroom/kitchen/Urinal/toilet in ground floor and upper floors all types any size, any height by taking out mud/sand incl taking out lid and re-fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage from Gully trap to 1st manholes in ground floors, all types any size, any location by taking out mud/sand incl taking out lid and re-fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 245 to 247 :-The unit quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following :-

(a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be made good carefully by filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

(b) Safaiwala shall report to concerned JE /AGE in service centre B&R daily including Sunday and holiday and get the job card for carrying out the work. The Job card shall be returned to concerned JE/AGE duly signed by the users as a token of completion of job.

(c) Cleaning, removal of silts/wastage of organic or inorganic materials of Sewage line of 100mm to 450mm bore up to 1st manhole, in between manholes, GT Chamber, etc to maintain sewage system functional all days including Sundays and holidays along with necessary T&P i.e flexible rods, cleaning pumps and safety kits etc.

(d) The complaints to be rectified within SIX hours on same day. In case of delay in rectification of complaint for more than Six hours, the penalty will be levied @ Rs.100.00 Per complaint/ day.

(e) In case the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within a period of 6 hrs then the same shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the completion of the complaint shall be decided by the GE/Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cleaning and Removing silt, grit , mud and other materials from covered drain in foul condition including removing materials from the site to outside MD land including necessary removing cover slabs and replacing after cleaning area including making good any damages complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 254 :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth at sides of drain of any width and depth up to 30 cm. cleaning/cutting the grass around 1 m from drain (both sides) and removing the grass waste to outside MD land. Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level . Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

Taking out/pumping contaiminated sewage water/ sludge from septic tank/soakage well/ incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugin incoming sewage line suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccum and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed. Note :- Contractor is advised to ascertain the suitable place earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractor and no representation or objection in this regard shall be entertained at any later stage.

Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed. Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, removing and replacing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary beding in cement mortor/Sand filling.

M&L for preparation of new/old any type of surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of floor guard paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs 1,73,350.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
